Our Whitewater Weeks in Costa Rica are definitely about the rivers, but they’re also so much more than just paddling.

It’s jungle mornings, shared meals, waterfalls, wildlife, local food, coffee, river lodges, new friends, and getting to experience Costa Rica in a way most travelers never do.

We have different weeks depending on your level, from newer paddlers to Class III-IV, advanced Class IV-V, and a Women’s Whitewater Week. And if you have a partner, friend, or family member who wants to come but not paddle every day, we can help create custom non-boater adventure days too.

Their energy, curiosity, and courage on the water remind us why we do what we do. These girls are the future of the river …and they’re ready to flow! 🌊
