After 18 months of headaches with a very poor property management company we are going to take over rentals of our house in Costa Rica ourselves. We still have somebody on the ground to meet and great you and handle issues if they arise but will be taking over all bookings and management ourselves. Over the last 18 months we have had almost all 5 star reviews and a lot of very happy AirBNB and VRBO customers. You won't be disappointed!

Going to keep things simple and offer weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday. 3 rates : High Season (November - April), Mid Season (May-July), Summer/Slow Season (Aug - October).

2 Options Available :
(1) Main House Only : 4 Bdrm (all en suite) / 6 Bath Sleeps (8)

or (2) Entire Property Including Guest House : 6 Bdrm / 7 Bath Sleeps (12)

Property features (2) pools with primary infinity edge overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Yoga Jungle Platform, multiple jungle view porches, Solar Battery backup power system, highspeed internet, fully outfitted chefs kitchen, fruit trees & gardens, wildlife galore (monkeys, toucans and so much more), gated driveway and road security.

Beaches are a 5 minute drive along with lots of restaurants/bars, shopping, excursions, things to do and modern conveniences. 4WD required but just a few minutes from the paved roads and downtown.
