Visithttps://www.facebook.com/events/2203695440043191

Maslo na Tokaji is a new concept in wine festivals, bringing together—in just two days—all the things we love: friends, natural wines, great food, parties, concerts, bonfires, Tokaj wine cellars, molds, karaoke, sabrage, swimming in the lake—and of course, butter. It’s organized by a group of festival-loving friends who have been looking forward to this event for many months.
During the festival, you’ll taste superb natural wine and pair it with excellent food, plus concerts, DJ sets, and other surprises—right in the wine cellars. On the second day, we’ll head to Lake Izra to swim, with a bus providing transport.

MUSICAL LINEUP
Zabiť Františka
Zabiť Františka is the stage name of singer-songwriter Samuel Kovalčík, who grew up in the Tatras. Over the years, he’s explored numerous genres and life in several cities. His alt folk sound blends local and personal elements with a partly exotic vibe—likely influenced by his half Jordanian roots. His poetic lyrics are intimate and often narrated in first person, yet they also have a philosophical edge, addressing stereotypes, injustices, or flaws in society.
Viktor Ori
Viktor Ori is a well-known figure on the Slovak alternative music scene, formerly the singer and guitarist of Shallov for over ten years. After releasing Coexist, Refrain in March 2023 and undergoing musical, personal, and ideological transformation, he launched his solo career. His debut album LEPŠIE NEBOLO, NIKDY DOBRE NEBUDE is a powerful and multifaceted work: using Slovak lyrics with cynical, sharp, often uncomfortably honest language, it examines today's darkness. Although personal and generational in theme, the album always conveys sincerity, acceptance, and a call to action. Collaborators include Dušan Ori, Antonín Kropáček, Jakub Hríbik, Jakub Spiszak, and guests like Adam Dragun (Berlin Manson), Adela Mede, Dominik Suchý, and Kristie Kardio. The album ends with a cover of “Biely deň” by Katarína Máliková—an artist whose album Postalgia had a significant influence on Viktor.

Dominik Prok
Dominik Prok, known as the frontman of the loud band 52 Hertz Whale, released his debut solo album there is no rescue mission, we are safe - a long awaited dream of independent artistic expression. Moving away from noise, he chose intimate guitar based folk inspired by American and British singer songwriter traditions, but without blind imitation. The album conveys personal and honest reflections on life, using instruments such as flute, piano, bass, and banjo to build gentle layers around a theme of hope in personal dystopia.

Sisa Feher & Oskar Török
Sisa Feher is a Slovak composer and musician known for her authentic vocal style and unusual songwriting. She works in the 'alternative jazz' genre, using music to express emotional reflections on societal challenges and mistakes. Her recent album Mammatus won the Esprit Award for Best Jazz Album of 2024. Her solo set will feature guitar and looper based, slightly punk inflected tracks. She’ll be joined by renowned trumpeter Oskar Török, with whom she frequently collaborates.

Katov Syn(th)
His music uses everyday sounds—ambient noises we often overlook—to create natural soundscapes. Behind this solo project is Slovak artist Dominik Novák, who blends modular synthesizers with field recordings and performs them live into analog textures and delicate melodies. These layers and emotions are also visible in his debut Tu, kde žijem, žiješ, žijeme (LOM, 2024)—an intimate album about change, nostalgia, and fear of being forgotten. Dominik also performs in other projects like Božské Soaré (with Richard Grimm), the noise punk trio Kúpel Mysle, and The Blackwood Incident. He composes music for exhibitions, theatre, and dance.

Charlie Bones
Charlie Bones is an iconic figure in London’s independent radio scene, best known as host of the Do!! You!!! Breakfast Show on NTS Radio from 2011 to August 2021. His show was adored for its eclectic mix—disco, lounge jazz, funk, folk, ambient, hip-hop, and echoes of the Pacific—often featuring spontaneous challenges, live chats, and surreal humor. After leaving NTS, he founded Do!! You!!! Radio, continuing with a chaotic, free, authentic vibe—guest driven, chat based, and guided by a “make your own rules” ethos, supported by his magnetic, genuine, independent broadcasting style.
Peal
Peal is one of the most intriguing characters in Bratislava’s underground scene. Regular performer at the legendary Subclub and performer across Slovakia and abroad, he blends dynamic techno with alternative electronic forms. Often called "the youngest of the old guard," he naturally blends classic techno parties with evenings of experimental music. Over roughly fifteen years, he’s played nearly everywhere—from Berlin’s Tresor and LA’s Das Bunker to Pohoda Festival and key clubs in Slovakia and Czechia. His sets are creative, playful, non-linear, yet punchy and fun. If you're planning a techno or experimental night, Peal's versatile style is a safe bet.
Raphael Kosmos
Raphael Kosmos emerged from the free teknacht underground scene—traveling with sound systems, playing illegal raves and open-air events. As techno faded from his sounds, he moved beyond genre borders. He co-founded the Endless Illusion collective and launched the Späti Records label in 2021. As resident DJ at Ankali Club, his sets are heard on Mutant, Laude, and Punctum online radios. He mixes his tracks with rare, obscure gems, giving them new life. Raphael belongs to a generation for whom the club isn’t an escape, but a space for immersive experience.
Paradiso Rhythm
Paradiso Rhythm is the producer alter ego of David, founder of House of Unity label and K67 Radio. Active in the club scene since the mid 2000s, he released his debut album Luv Grooves independently in 2014. The turning point came in 2017 with tracks like Greetings & Salutations, Paradise of Temptation, and Forever Sade, out on respected labels such as WOLF Music and Dream Raw Recordings. Since then, his music has appeared on labels and stages across Europe—from Berlin to Zurich—and on radio stations like NTS, Rinse FM, Kiosk, and Soulection. His style is thoughtful yet playful: house with jazz and soul touches and slower, introspective moods. In recent years he’s moved into deeper, experimental sounds, as heard on releases like Shemotions (2020) and Hypnotic Delight (2022). Paradiso Rhythm focuses on emotion, atmosphere, and natural evolution—no trend chasing.
Uber Acid
Uber Acid began DJing at community parties as a teenager and later co-founded House of Unity. Although rooted in house music, he has long experimented across genres, and his musical identity remains evident in his work. His dedication to the local music scene and urge to fill creative gaps led to the founding of community radio platform K67 Radio with Paradiso Rhythm in 2023. His approach emphasizes process, moment, and community over effects or trends.
Piaggio Silent Disco
Piaggio Silent Disco is a mobile sound system built on an old Vespa Piaggio, turning public spaces into dancefloors—silently but intensely. Instead of speakers, music is delivered via wireless headphones, allowing the silent disco setup to move anywhere: streets, lakesides, parks, or vineyards. Born as a spontaneous answer to the desire for free dancing beyond clubs, it has become a beloved feature at festivals and cultural events. Its compact format, relaxed approach, and strong community vibe enable dancefloors to spring up anywhere—without large stages or bright lights.
Sliškovci
A roaming trio—accordion, violin, and double bass—that moves through the vineyards and festival grounds during the day. They don’t stay at a single stage; they appear spontaneously wherever something is happening and enliven the space. Their music moves with the crowd and the mood of the day.

FOOD PROGRAM
Foolspoon
Foolspoon is a culinary project that plays with food. It challenges the old school norms where dining was quiet and utilitarian. This collective treats food—and the dining experience—as an event, experimenting, discovering, and having fun. They create unconventional dinner clubs in pleasant venues beyond kitchens and dining rooms.
DRINKS PROGRAM
Majami Drinks
Fermented beverages, excellent cocktails, beer, and an all day party vibe. The folks behind Majami Drinks offer everything a thirsty soul craves.
OTHER PROGRAMS
Sabrage Workshop
We’ll be doing sabrage with Herbert Trenkler. Rule: what you open, you must drink. No registration needed—just come up and shout “sabrage!” and we’ll know you want to try it.
Karaoke
Yes, karaoke is happening—and it’s going to be extra special. We’ll sing in a wine cellar that has the perfect living room atmosphere.
Merch Screen Printing
Katka will print awesome merch live—on new shirts or old ones you bring. Everything, everywhere—because butter must be everywhere.
Swimming at Lake Izra
Very important final note: remember your swimsuit! We’re going swimming in the lake on the second day. It’ll look like: lake, brunch, shade, fizzy magnesium water.
Beautiful mold
Let’s not forget our primary reason for being here. In the historic tuff wine cellars, you’ll see amazing mold. Seriously—you’ll believe us—it is beautiful.
TRANSPORT
A shuttle bus will run from Košice – Veľká Tŕňa – Izra – back to Košice (approx. €10).
Train from Košice to Čerhov plus shuttle transport to the venue.
Limited parking by the vineyards, additional spaces in the village.

🔍 What have our partners been working on? Let’s travel to Slovakia, where the Technical University of Košice has developed a new feedback tool that will soon be tested at partner festivals. Built through joint collaboration, the tool collects data from event visitors and integrates public statistics, like EUROSTAT, to support smarter tourism development. Meanwhile, preparations for the local festival are progressing well—winemakers joined their first-ever professional photo shoot, and the product club is working on visuals to promote the region’s unique family wineries.

🔍 What have our partners been working on? Let’s now head virtually to Serbia, where the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Sremska Mitrovica has been preparing for the Roman Festival Lux Aurelius. In April, a dedicated workshop gathered cultural, tourism, and education stakeholders to co-create the festival’s content inspired by ancient Sirmium. Partner meetings refined the opening program, while preparations for the pilot action—including equipment procurement—moved forward. The Institute also took part in the Roman Market in Ruse, Bulgaria, showcasing Sirmium’s heritage through reenactments, souvenirs, and cultural displays.

🔍 What have our partners been working on? Now let’s virtually travel to Slovenia and visit the Scientific Research Centre Bistra Ptuj. Rooted in the spirit of Poetovio, the largest Roman settlement in Slovenia, their Product Club connects partners to co-create authentic Roman-themed tourism experiences. They support sustainable tourism with year-round initiatives like guided tours, culinary experiences, and artisan workshops that bring ancient history to life beyond the annual Roman Games festival. At the 3rd partner meeting in Osijek, they actively contributed to workshops on pilot implementation and shared insights from their experience. Their presentation of the Roman Games as a flagship event highlighted its potential to promote circular and sustainable tourism in Ptuj, sparking interest for future collaborations and knowledge exchange among partners.
