The beauty of Serbian handcrafts and souvenirs!

At the end if your trip you would love to have one if these items.

These are my favorites, but the truth is there are so many beautiful souvenirs you don’t know which one to choose.

Prices start from 1 eur.
1. Sweet key holder with national costume decoration
2. All sort of cups with Serbian descriptions
3. Kitchen items like cupboard, useful and Nice memory
4. Jugo nostalgic car from the Yugoslavia period
5. Monuments mini models like the One on the Republic Square, this one is my favourite
6. Jam and honey- home made and sweet
7. Postcards and envelopes - greetings from Serbia

✈One day a client called me from Switzerland. She lost her luggage when departing from the Belgrade airport.✈

After the arrival at Switzerland she have filled out a lost luggage claim, and submitted the necessary documentation, but they could not find it neither in Switzerland nor in Serbia.

🤔After several weeks of searching, she contacted me for help.
The luggage had great emotional value because it was her son's suitcase and all the toys and things for the kids were inside, as well as his favorite pillow.

🤷‍♀️"It's impossible that they can't find it", - I thought, "it must be somewhere".

I went to the airport with the necessary documentation and got a permission to enter into the room full of lost luggages.

👀 I couldn't believe that so many passengers never came back to search for their things. 🤷‍♀️

There were more than 400 suitcases, bags, strollers, jackets, umbrellas, even T-shirts.

👉Since I knew exactly what I was looking for, I found the suitcase in 10 minutes.

The lost luggage was sent to Switzerland in the next few hours.

That suitcase had no marking at all, no date, no flight number, no name.

🚫No one would have ever found it because there was no label. Only the personal markings of the suitcase.

✔Advice for all travelers: Don't give up of your lost luggages, they are still out there, waiting for you.🛒

Can you believe that?

Now, the weather is great, no rain, 15 to 20C, ideal for tours, walking and exploring the nature.

But soon, all houses , paths and trees will be painted white.

Is Zlatibor better in summer or winter? 😉

3 TIPS FOR LOW BUDGET TRAVELLERS IN BELGRADE👍

Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, these tips you can use in every city in Serbia!

👉1. JOIN A GROUP TOUR
Book this as early as possible via some of the systems like trip advisor, get your guide or ask ask what's available for your dates.

👉2. PREFER PRIVATE ROOMS OVER HOSTELS
At the moment hostels in Belgrade are full if people, so, please, for 5eur more din't risk to get Covid. If you do, you will have tp move the whole journey and to stay one week more than planned, so, not worth it.

👉3. TRY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Public transport in Belgrade is fantastic way to see the whole city almost for nothing. All major attractions are covered with bus lines and easy to get. Start in the morning at 9am, and make a plan.

🛎What to choose in Belgrade, Serbia, hotel room or a private apartment?

Belgrade is full of boutique hotels and private apartments. And, this is what you get for the same price and location.

There is no right or wrong, just your personal preference.

🛏If you are looking for 1 room for a big family or group of friends, you should know that hotels in Belgrade offer rooms for maximum 3 people.

And when it comes to private apartments for 5 or 6 people, the choice is wide.

APARTMENT FOR A DAY IN BELGRADE, IDEAL FOR TOURISTS

👍 I would like to highlight this place as special in many ways:
- Central location, only 3m from Knez Mihailova
- The first and second floor
- Spotlesly clean
- Great hosts
- Terrace overlooking the yard of the building
- Extremely quiet as if you are not in the city center
- Double entrance
- The same price regardless of the number of persons
- Ideal for couples and families with children (1-3people)

👉The price is between 60€ and 70€ depending on the season and the day of the week.

You will not find this apartment on any system except booking, if you are lucky enough to grab available dates.

🛌Very quiet, private, sophisticatedly decorated in modern white and brown tones.

What I consider most important about the apartment is the first impression and the atmosphere. Everything here is so warm, cozy and pleasant.👌

👎What this apartments don't have:
- Free parking
- Elevator

👉Studio apartments
55m2 and 38m2,
1 king size bed, 1 sofa for 2 children or adults

WHAT'S THE EASIEST WSY TO BOOK AIRBNB ON TARA MOUNTAIN?

No, it's not booking! This is how I do it....

👉 Go to google and search for these sites, you can use .rs or .com and you will get different results.

👍PROS:
- I always find accommodation for the guest even when it's the middle of a season.
- Great prices
- No need for an advance payment
- The largest selection in one place
- Direct contact with the owner where you can ask in detail everything you are interested in

👎CONS:
- Some of them do not have an English translation or an available list.

This is not a hotel accommodation.
These cottages, mountain houses and logs are recomended for travelers who love authentic holidays and adventure.

🙌If you are not sure what to choose, give me a note.
I will recommend up to 5 places to stay , according to your budget and preferences.
