With an exuberant population and its legacy as an intellectual hangout, Belgrade offers intriguingly varied nightlife, ranging from eclectic watering holes for those in the know, to the busy restaurants and bars of the Skadarlija district and the summer clubs in heaving barges on the Sava and Danube Rivers. Major international musicians hit Belgrade's Sava Centar, and the summertime Exit Festival, held an hour north in Novi Sad, is one of Europe's best. - Lonely Planet

For this 8th edition of the traditional Magical windows, we invite you to an imaginary journey through our windows illuminated by the works of two French and Korean artists: Min Jisook and Taegon Kim , whose creative projects are linking nature, travel, imagination and dreams - in short, everything that is considered as New Year's holidays.

Through its facilities which are connecting objects, images, sound and light, Min Jisook invites the public to share moments that are not always apparent. His preferred materials are intangible (water, air, odors) and lead us towards finding fleeting

Serbia is not a quiet place. People here are gleefully loud, rambunctious and given to expressing themselves through gesticulations which make the Italians look like wallflowers. The country’s cuisine is equally boisterous, a riotous fusion of Turkish, Hungarian and Mediterranean influences that zing the palate, fill the stomach and linger on the hips. - Lonely Planet

Today, The Museum of Contemporary Art in New Belgrade is no longer open to public. Much of its permanent collection is either stored or exhibited in smaller spaces throughout the city that act as auxiliary galleries. But that doesn’t mean the crystal-like structure shouldn’t be visited - writes the New York Post. Public works by sculptors Vojin Bakić and Otto Logo still adorn the lawns. A walk around the museum’s exterior reveals one of the most compelling pieces of contemporary architecture in the entire former Yugoslavia.

The Museum of Contemporary Art, founded in 1958 and located in New Belgrade, has been closed since 2013. The building, designed by architect Ivan Antić, once displayed modern works by greats like Joan Miró, Max Ernst, Robert Rauschenberg and David Ho

In celebration of Museum of Applied Art’s Day (founded on November 6, 1950) we are presenting exhibition „Chairs: Centuries of Style”, dedicated to individual seating furniture, without which today it would be hard to imagine various, individual or collective, public or private activities.

In their everyday activities, human beings experience numerous situations in which they sit: at homes, working places, streets, parks, in vehicles, waiting rooms, theaters, schools, public and private gatherings. The first association brought by the
