Greetings Svima,

As the season draws to a close I'd like to thank everyone who contacted us for kovilj kayak rental.

As of March 2026 I'll be expanding the adventure side of things. I'm planning on starting long distance kayak journeys with optional midway camping. E.g; Backa Palanka to Novi Sad. Let me know if this is a good idea.

Also I'm excited to announce I will start NS River Taxi service in the new year. For short or longer trips, and as always in these times, I will endeavour to keep the prices as low as possible.

We're the only kayaks on the Danube that didn't increase the prices this year. Still a few nice weeks left.

Hi All,

Thank you for contacting us lately for the kayaks.

A quick Kovilj update.
The Danube is quite low at the moment. In turn, the Tikvara and Slajz are also very low.

Unfortunately our motor boat cannot operate in these conditions.

Our kayaks are still available, however, the water is quite muddy, and an "unpleasant aroma" is the current situation.

Kovilj still has all its beauty and nature but its not always the best time for the water.

The water level will rise next week but I just wanted to give a current update.
