Why the Department of Justice Has Not Formally Indicted Donald Trump.

On May 20, 2026, as a political maneuver to appease the Miami terrorist mafia, the U.S. Department of Justice filed formal charges against the former president of Cuba, Army General Raúl Castro, whom they name as one of the alleged perpetrators of the 1996 downing of small planes belonging to the narco-terrorist organization Brothers to the Rescue.
The case file includes the pilots allegedly involved in the shootdown, charged with conspiracy to kill U.S. citizens, which could result in the death penalty or life imprisonment on the charges of murder and conspiracy to kill. Other convictions would carry up to five years in prison for each charge, for destruction of aircraft.
However, the U.S. Department of Justice did not take into account documents from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which the National Security Archive (NSA) had declassified the day before, related to the events leading up to the downing of the Brothers to the Rescue planes in 1996. These reports demonstrate the FAA’s warning that “One day the Cuban authorities will shoot down one of these planes.”
They also document the warnings and internal assessments by the U.S. government regarding one of the most tense episodes in U.S.-Cuba relations during the 1990s, as well as the alerts issued months before the tragic incident by some U.S. officials due to repeated aerial incursions and provocations over Cuban territory, which could have led to a serious outcome.
No country, including the United States, tolerates the violation of its airspace for the purpose of provoking political actions; therefore, Cuba merely defended its airspace as established by civil aviation laws and other international norms.
Cuba did not go to the United States to provoke, nor did its aircraft violate that country’s airspace; it was the Cuban-born narco-terrorists acting with the backing of the authorities and certain anti-Cuban members of Congress.
However, the U.S. Department of Justice is not taking symmetrical action against President Donald Trump, Secretary of War Peter Brian Hegseth—who was discharged from the military for having a tattoo that reads “Deus vult,” a phrase used by white supremacists— and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who have a direct connection to the murders of 179 alleged “narco-terrorist” boatmen in the 57 attacks carried out by the U.S. Air Force against boats sailing the waters of the Caribbean Sea since the end of 2025.
None of those killed were arrested and brought before a court so that, through due process of law, they could present their case and defend themselves against the accusations of being “drug traffickers” and hear the alleged evidence held by their accusers.
President Trump approved, while the Secretary of War carried out, an action considered by international law to be a criminal manhunt that has no justification in the 21st century and demonstrates the human rights violations of those who point fingers at others without looking at themselves.
The bombing of the girls’ school in Iran is yet another example of the Yankees’ ruthless actions, devoid of any moral standing to now prosecute the former Cuban president, who was fully within his rights to respond to the continuous violations of Cuban airspace, which endangered national security.
The U.S. Department of Justice possesses ample evidence of the ongoing murders ordered by Trump and his cronies, as it is public knowledge that on September 2, 2025, President Trump announced from the White House: “U.S. forces had just fired upon a boat loaded with a large quantity of drugs in the Caribbean, originating from Venezuela,” without presenting a single piece of evidence to support such claims.
Hours later, Secretary of State Marco Rubio released a declassified video showing the boat being bombed and cynically stated that 11 “narco-terrorists from the Tren de Aragua” had died—an organization that they themselves admitted in January 2026 did not exist.
There is ample evidence to prosecute those responsible for this massacre of human beings, but the Department of Justice looks the other way out of fear of reprisals from the president and his henchmen, given the reign of terror imposed by this administration.
Let us not forget that President Trump has been found guilty of more than 30 crimes, including sexual harassment, so the Department of Justice will have to make decisions at the end of his presidency, as well as regarding his close ties to the case of the pe*****le Jeffrey Epstein, who created a system designed to recruit, manipulate, and exploit women and girls, to which he linked his wealthy and famous friends in the highest echelons of the global elite.
A total lack of morals and ethics in that Department, now lending itself to the dirty game played by the Secretary of State and the U.S. President himself against the former Cuban president
