We are chartering a 189 passenger plane from Montreal, Toronto and Halifax on April 25th to Holguin, Cuba.

UPDATE:
We require the introductory basic information to create our database.

Full name on passport, date of birth, phone number and email as well as departure city.

Please include 1 of the following choices:

1. Return flight plus all inclusive package

2. Direct flight from Holguin on April 25th or May 2nd.

3. Donation bags coming on the empty plane on May 2nd.

4. Direct one way flight from Canada and what departure city.
