We are at the “Trinidad Gourmet 2019” event that presents a lunch-tasting 😋(Dishes based on fish, seafood and desserts with local products) 😋😋prepared by Luciano Pulcinelli and Yusbey Lara, Executive Chef and Head Chef of the Iberostar Heritage Grand Trinidad, respectively, as well as the international guest Cielito Rosado, Corporate Cook of Le Diner in Blanc, Puerto Rico. There was a space for a wine tasting of “Bodegas de Chile”, led by Somelier Danis Santos Marcos. 🇨🇺 @ Iberostar Grand Trinidad

Este es el evento Trinidad Gourmet 2019 que presenta un Almuerzo-degustación (Platos a base de pescados, mariscos y postres con productos locales) elaborado por Luciano Pulcinelli y Yusbey Lara, Cocinero Ejecutivo y Jefe de Cocina del Iberostar Heritage Grand Trinidad, respectivamente, además de la invitada internacional Cielito Rosado, Cocinera Corporativa de Le Diner en Blanc, Puerto Rico.
Hubo un espacio de Armonías con Vinos de Bodegas Cata Chile, conducida por el Somelier Danis Santos Marcos.
