" We will never forget this experience. We had the chance to witness the laying of turtles, a moment of rare intensity, almost unreal. Before joining the beach, Jeannette passionately shared her knowledge about these magnificent creatures, their history, their habits, and the challenges of protecting them. Then, in the silence of the night, we saw the magic work... To see a turtle come and lay down life before our eyes is to witness a miracle of nature. The stars shone above, the waves sang in the distance, and I... had tears in my eyes. It was overwhelming, unforgettable, and deeply valuable. Thank you for this moment etched in my heart"

" A fantastic and unforgettable experience! Everything very well organized. The guide (J) was very professional and a good host! Punctuals at the hotel pickup, tent with snacks and juice and with a brefing about the turtles and behaviors to adopt. And finally the magic happened... we were lucky to see 4 turtles!!! "Watching the turtles nesting is surely one of the highlights of the Island Sal in Cape Verde. The staff was kind and spoke at least 3 languages to make sure that everyone understood everything. We were lucky enough to see one turtle laying eggs and like 5 more walking around the beach. We were asked to follow strict measures and rules to make sure we didn’t disturb the turtles at any level, which I specially valued."
