You keep your job. You keep your income. You just stop doing it alone 🌍

This is the part people misunderstand about being a TripLeader.
It isn't a career change. Nobody's asking you to quit anything, sell a course, or build a personal brand.

You keep working. Same clients, same job, same laptop.

What changes is everything around the work.

You choose where you go and when. Not within the constraints of annual leave, but genuinely, because the trip is the reason you're there.

You arrive somewhere with a group already assembled, so you never do the thing where you land in a new city and realise you don't know a single person in it.

You spend two weeks with people who are building things, thinking hard, and willing to have real conversations at eleven at night.

And you get paid for hosting it.

That last part matters, but it's genuinely not the reason people keep doing this.

Ask any TripLeader a year in what they actually value, and it's never the number. It's that they now have people in twenty countries who know them properly. It's that they've stopped experiencing freedom as a slightly lonely thing.

The money is what makes it sustainable. The rest is why nobody stops after one.

The new programme is filling now, with people who joined from the masterclass over the weekend.

If you want to understand how it actually works, comment "ACADEMY," and we'll set up a call with someone from the team. No pitch, and if it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you ✌🏻

The masterclass happened; the new cohort is filling, and the recording is yours if you want it. 🎥

We ran the masterclass over the weekend, and we went through the whole thing. How to choose a destination that does half the work for you. How to build an offer people can actually picture themselves inside. How to fill a group without ads or a following.

What to say to someone who's interested but hesitating.

And a long stretch of live questions at the end, which is always where the most useful material comes out.

Some people from that session have already joined the new programme, which starts shortly.

A lot of people couldn't make it live and have been asking…. So, simple: comment "VIDEO" and we'll send you the full recording in a message.

No forms, no hoops ✌🏻

We were maybe an hour into the last masterclass when someone asked it. "But how do you actually get the first person to say yes?" 🎓

Not the marketing. Not the strategy. Not the funnel.

Just that first human being who decides to trust you with two weeks of their life and their money… before you have any proof, any testimonials, any track record at all.

I remember exactly what that felt like.

Six years ago I was the guy with nothing to show. Messaging people I barely knew, describing something that existed only in my head, hoping somebody would take a chance on it.

Someone did. Then someone else. Then eight people were in a villa together, and my life went in a completely different direction.

That's the part almost nobody teaches. Everyone talks about the destination, the villa, the branding. Very few people talk about the actual conversation where a stranger decides to trust you.

We're doing it again this Saturday, August 22. 💪

60 minutes, live. Everything from 90+ trips sold entirely through organic marketing. No ads, no funnel, no audience I bought along the way.

Plus real-time for questions, which is honestly the best part.

Spots stay limited on purpose. A session with 500 people is a webinar. A session where I can actually answer you is a masterclass.

Comment "MASTERCLASS," and I'll send you the booking link ✌🏻

End of August, free, live, and I'm not holding anything back … We're running the masterclass again, and here's exactly what we're covering.

How to choose a destination that does half the work for you. Most people pick the place they personally want to go.

That's usually the wrong reason, and it's the first thing that makes filling a group hard.

How to build an offer people can actually picture themselves inside. Not a list of what's included. A description of what the week feels like for someone arriving alone and slightly nervous.

How to fill a group without ads or a big following. This is the part everyone assumes is impossible. It isn't a marketing problem, it's a conversation problem, and once you see that, the whole thing gets much simpler.

What to say to someone who's interested but hesitating. Almost every trip is filled or lost right here, and almost nobody prepares for it.

What the lifestyle actually looks like day to day. Including the unglamorous parts, because you should know those before you decide.

Ninety minutes. Live. Plus real time for questions, which is honestly the best part.

Everything comes from ninety-plus trips sold entirely through organic marketing. No ads, no funnel, no audience I bought.

Spots are limited on purpose. A session with five hundred people is a webinar. A session where I can actually answer you is a masterclass.

I have friends in about forty countries, and I've been to 1/3 of them 🌍… That sentence sounds like a brag… It isn't.

It's the strangest and best side effect of this work, and almost nobody talks about it, because everyone's too busy talking about money.

Ciao, I’m Nico… When you host coworking experiences, something accumulates.

Every trip, ten or twelve people arrive. You share a house for two weeks. You cook together, talk about life, stay up too late, watch someone work through something difficult in real time.
And then they go home, but they don't really leave.

A few years of that and your life looks different in a specific way. There's someone to stay with in Lisbon. Someone who knows the right neighbourhood in Mexico City. Someone who messages you at midnight about a business decision because you were the person they talked to on that terrace in Greece.

You end up knowing places you've never visited, because you've had forty conversations about them with people who live there.
And on your birthday, people fly in, from several countries to just sit at a table with you.

That's what our TripLeaders build, whether or not they set out to.
Belonging. A sense of being part of something. Friends spread across the world who genuinely know you, rather than contacts who follow you.

Yes, hosting pays. Some of our TripLeaders make very good money from it. But ask any of them a year in what they actually value, and it's never the number. It's the fact that they're never really alone anywhere anymore.

That's difficult to buy. And once you have it, it's very difficult to go back.

We're running a free masterclass at the end of August, where we go through exactly how this works and how to start.

Comment "MASTERCLASS," and we'll send you the link ✌🏻

He told me he wasn't the kind of person who could lead a group 🇬🇷… He said it on our first call, almost as a warning, like he wanted to get it out of the way before we wasted each other's time.

"I should be honest with you. I don't think I'm that kind of person."

He wasn't loud. He wasn't the one holding court at dinner. He'd never organised anything bigger than a weekend with friends, and even that had felt like a lot.

What he did have was a place he loved and couldn't stop talking about. And the quiet feeling that he was watching his own life happen from slightly too far away.

We worked through it step by step.
Destination. Dates. What the week would actually feel like for someone arriving alone. How to describe it honestly instead of trying to sound impressive. Who to talk to first, and what to say when someone replied.

The first person who said yes, he messaged me straight after. I remember exactly what he wrote.

"Someone actually said yes."
Then another. Then another.
Eight people confirmed. Crete.

I've seen the photos from that trip; there's one from the last evening, the whole group around a long table, and he's in the middle of it, laughing at something just outside the frame.

The man who wasn't that kind of person, hosting eight people on a Greek island.

He's already planning the next one.
Every TripLeader I've worked with started with some version of that same sentence. I'm not qualified. I'm not ready. I'm not that kind of person.

None of them were wrong about how they felt. All of them were wrong about what it meant.

The difference was never confidence… it was having a process, and someone walking through it with them.

If something in this is landing, comment "ACADEMY" below.
We'll set up a call with someone from our team, and you can just ask everything. How it works, what it takes, whether it's realistic for where you are right now.

No pitch. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you honestly ✌🏻

It's never the logistics that stop people… It's never the destination either. It's never even the money…. It's the voice that says Who am I to do this.
I've had this conversation with hundreds of people now, and it's almost always the same shape. They've been thinking about it for months, sometimes years. They've imagined it. They've half-planned it in their head during a walk or a shower.

And then they hit the same wall: I'm not the kind of person who does this.

Here's what I've learned after six years and 90+ trips.
Nobody feels ready. Not one single TripLeader I've worked with woke up one morning feeling qualified.

Jean-Michel had never hosted anything in his life. Three weeks after launching, eight people confirmed for Kefalonia.

Simone never saw himself as someone who leads groups. Now he brings remote workers to the island he calls home and shows them a Sicily they'd never find alone.

None of them felt ready. All of them started anyway.
That's genuinely the entire difference.
If any part of this is landing, start with our free Skool community.
Video content covering the whole process. The frameworks behind 90+ trips sold with zero ad spend. And TripLeaders in there who'll answer your questions honestly.

Completely free. No pressure to go further.

You don't have to decide anything today. Just start.

One question at the last masterclass made the whole room go quiet 🎓

We were maybe an hour in when someone asked it.

"But how do you actually get the first person to say yes?"
Not the marketing. Not the strategy. Just that first human being who decides to trust you with two weeks of their life and their money… before you have any proof, any testimonials, any track record at all.

I remember exactly what that felt like.

Six years ago I was the guy with no proof, messaging people I barely knew, hoping someone would take a chance on something I couldn't yet show them.

Someone did. Then someone else. Then eight people were in a villa together, and my life went in a completely different direction.
That's what these sessions are actually about.

Not the theory of hosting coworking trips. The real mechanics. What you say. Who you say it to. What to do when someone is interested but hesitant. How to build something from zero when nobody knows your name yet.

We're doing it again at the end of August.
60 minutes live. Everything from 90+ trips sold entirely through organic marketing. No ads, no big following, no complicated funnel.

Plus time for your questions, which is honestly the best part.
Spots stay limited on purpose. A session with 500 people is a webinar. A session I can actually respond in is a masterclass. I'd rather run the second one.

Why now is the right time to become a TripLeader 🌍

Remote work isn't a trend anymore. It's how millions of people live.

And every year, more of them realise the same thing: freedom without community gets lonely fast.

That's why group experiences are growing so quickly. People don't just want to travel… They want to travel with the right people, in the right container, with someone holding the experience together.

That someone is a TripLeader.🏝️

And right now is genuinely the best moment to become one:
→ The demand is growing faster than the supply of good hosts
→ You don't need a big audience; the process works through real conversations
→ Platforms like Feel.Travel handle the infrastructure, so you focus on the experience
→ Your first trip can happen within 90 days of starting

The people who start now will be the established TripLeaders when this space doubles again.

Our next free live masterclass is at the end of August. I'll walk through the entire process live and answer every question.

If you want to join, comment "AUGUST" below, and we'll send you the link to book your spot the moment it opens ✌🏻

He almost didn't do it 🇬🇷 When he first started planning his trip to Crete, he had every doubt you can imagine.

"What if nobody books?"

"What if the group doesn't click?"

"What if I'm not the kind of person who can lead something like this?"

He told us all of this at the beginning. The concerns were real. The fear of putting something out there and watching it fail was real.

But he followed the process anyway.

He chose Crete. Built his offer. Started the conversations. One person said yes. Then another. Then another.

8 people confirmed.

And the trip happened. A group of strangers in one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, working together, eating together, becoming exactly the kind of group he was afraid he couldn't create.

The person who "wasn't sure he could do this" hosted 8 people in Crete.

Every TripLeader we work with starts with the same doubts. The difference is never confidence… It's process and support.

That's what TripLeader Academy is for.

If his story sounds like the conversation happening in your own head right now, comment "CRETE" and I'll tell you how he did it ✌🏻
