Lantana Apartment Paphos- Your Holiday Getaway Ltd "Lantana" is a ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment situated on the gated complex in Paphos It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. OUT AND ABOUT.

Lantana Apartment is in Kato Paphos and situated on the gated resort of Limnaria Gardens. The apartment sleeps four, but with the use of the sofa bed it can also sleep an additional two guests (at a small supplement). The lounge and both bedrooms have patio doors facing out to the garden and across to the pools. The apartment comes with two sofas and a tv in the living/dining area and is complete

with a dining table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the twin bedroom has two single beds and its own identical bathroom. Both bathrooms feature a wash basin, WC and shower over the bath. Outside in the garden you will find a dining table and chairs for six people so you can eat alfresco in the beautiful Cypriot sunshine, along with four sun loungers and two parasols. There is also a BBQ which you can enjoy during your stay. There’s a covered patio area which has a rattan sofa set for your enjoyment too. The communal pool area boasts three pools. One of the pools is a small toddler pool, idea for those travelling with younger guests. The largest is a graduated entry pool featuring a jacuzzi, and the other pool has its own jacuzzi too and is accessible via steps. Our apartment features many quality extras, including free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning throughout, a 50” HD TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, android box with UK TV channels and free gas for the BBQ. Travel cots and highchairs are also available. Limnaria Gardens complex is just a few minutes walking distance away from restaurants, a small kiosk, sandy beaches, shops, medieval fort, harbour and the tourist heart of Kato Paphos, which has many more, restaurants, shops, and bars. This is the final film in our latest wander around Kato Paphos. We start at the top end of the Sea Front near Tea For Two and walk up to the castle. The weather is sunny with a few clouds, just right for a morning stroll. When we get to the Harbour, we have a chat with Henry and Evi, to see how they are getting on.

Our story

LANTANA is a superb ground-floor, 2 bedroom, 2-bath apartment which sleeps 4 people in the bedroom, and an additional two on the sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is situated within Block A, on the much sought after Limnaria Gardens Complex. The complex is one of the largest in Paphos and has a large walk-in swimming pool at the centre of the complex. This pool has a whirlpool bath and there is also a separate shallow children's pool. There is also a second smaller pool with whirlpool bath.

The lounge, and both bedrooms open with double patio door out onto the garden area, giving the apartment a spacious, light and airy feel, making for great indoor/outdoor socialising and BBQ-ing. The apartment is enhanced by an external dining table and a shaded area with a rattan sofa & chairs. With six sun beds and umbrellas on the patio means you can relax and soak up the rays at Lantana apartment within the well-maintained garden or around the pool, which also offers shade under fixed parasols.

The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and tastefully decorated with generous built-in cupboards and hanging space. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with it’s own family bathroom. The apartment has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, to offer the sleep 6 option which is complete with a mattress topper. All the rooms in the apartment are air conditioned. All the windows have shutters. One of the bedrooms hosts a safety deposit box. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. High chairs and travel cots are available at no extra charge.
