Orthodoxou Travel & Tours is expanding operations and is currently looking to hire an Incoming Romanian Speaking Representative. The Incoming Representative will be responsible for assisting and managing Incoming tourists, ensuring high quality customer service and facilitating smooth travel experiences.
The role involves handling reservations, providing local information and addressing customer needs efficiently.
Duties:
- Greet and assist incoming Romanian-speaking tourists with travel arrangements and inquiries
- Manage hotel, transportation and excursion bookings
- Provide information for local customs and travel guidelines
- Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with local service providers including hotels and transport companies
- Any other related tourist services
Requirements:
- Education level: High school degree or higher
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English (Greek is an advantage)
- Computer literacy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication, problem solving, pleasant personality
