📢 We’re Hiring: Marketing Officer
Orthodoxou Group is expanding its operations and is currently looking for a Marketing Officer to join our growing team.
🚀 About the Role
The successful candidate will support the Marketing Department with both strategic and administrative responsibilities, including campaign coordination and marketing ex*****on. This role is essential for ensuring smooth departmental operations and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, and manage performance-based digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including Search, Display, Video, App, and Remarketing formats
• Create engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to support brand awareness and lead generation goals
• Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (e.g. ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and optimize campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and strong results
• Implement and support SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and organic performance
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and AWeber, including audience segmentation and performance tracking
• Design and edit marketing materials and digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and brand voice
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Maintain an organized approach to multitasking, meeting deadlines, and managing marketing activities across channels
💼 Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Multimedia or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Αweber etc.)
• Proven experience in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns (Search, Display, Video, App, Remarketing) across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Excellent social media skills with the ability to create engaging and platform-tailored content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and ability to optimize campaigns based on data to ensure effective budget allocation.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SEO/SEM strategies
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude
