Orthodoxou Travel is looking for a Romanian-speaking Incoming Representative to join our airport operations team. The role combines meet and assists duties at the airport with sales of excursions and travel experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Meet and assist passengers at Larnaca Airport arrivals
• Provide accurate information about transfers, hotels, excursions, and services
• Promote and sell excursions, tours and activities
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and internal operations teams
• Assist with group arrivals and VIP passengers when required
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain communication with tour operators and partners
• Ensure smooth daily airport operations and guest flow
Requirements
• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Greek language is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Sales-oriented mindset)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driving license (preferred)
Qualifications
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, airport handling, or customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge of Cyprus destinations and hotel areas is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
