Following the full reopening of Terminal 1 on August 3, Sundor, part of the EL AL Group, will resume operating most of its flights from Terminal 1.

Sundor flights to the following destinations will depart from Terminal 1:
Belgrade (Serbia), Tbilisi (Georgia), Batumi (Georgia), Albania (on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays), Paphos (Cyprus), Larnaca (Cyprus), Heraklion (Crete), Santorini (Greece), Mykonos (Greece), Rhodes (Greece), Thessaloniki (Greece), and Lefkada (Greece).

Flights to Porto (Portugal), Chișinău (Moldova), Kefalonia (Greece), Tivat (Montenegro), Albania (on Sundays and Thursdays), Warsaw and Krakow (Poland) will continue to depart from Terminal 3.

לקוחות אל על שרכשו כרטיס טיסה עד יום ג׳, 1 באוקטובר כולל, לטיסה המתוכננת להמריא עד מוצאי שבת, 19 באוקטובר 2024 (כולל), רשאים לבטל את כרטיס הטיסה ללא דמי ביטול ולקבל שובר למימוש עתידי לטיסות אל על. הנפקת השובר מתאפשרת בכל סוגי הכרטיסים הנמכרים באל על: LITE, CLASSIC ו-FLEX. השוברים ניתנים למימוש עד ל-31 בדצמבר 2025.

Due to the closure of Israeli airspace, we are updating our flight schedule.

• As of now, all departures to Israel are suspended and will resume when possible.

• Flight LY5168 from Montenegro to Tel Aviv will be diverted to land in Larnaca.

• Flight LY612 from Moscow to Tel Aviv will be diverted to land in Larnaca.

Continuous updates are being posted on our website and social media.

We would like to emphasize that we are in continuous communication with security forces and aviation authorities, and are operating in accordance with the instructions given.

סאן דור מקבוצת אל על תחדש את הפעלת חלק מטיסותיה מטרמינל 1, החל מה-2 ביוני 2024 מה שיאפשר לווסת את העומסים בדלפקי הצ'ק אין בשני הטרמינלים.

טיסות סאן דור ליעדים הבאים ימריאו מטרמינל 1 החל מה-2 ביוני 2024: פאפוס ולרנקה שבקפריסין; קפלוניה, רודוס, סיטיה (כרתים), וסלוניקי שביוון; טבילסי ובטומי שבגיאורגיה; וקישינב במולדובה.

הטיסות ליעדים הבאים ימשיכו להמריא מטרמינל 3: פורטו שבפורטוגל, ורשה וקרקוב שבפולין, וטיווט שבמונטנגרו.

בנוסף, עלות כרטיסי הטיסה תופחת בעקבות ההפרשים במיסי הנמל וכל הנוסעים שטיסותיהם היוצאות יועברו מטרמינל 3 לטרמינל 1 יזוכו ב-14$ לכל כרטיס.

We are actively working to confirm the flight schedule as soon as possible and strongly advise all passengers to verify their updated departure times before heading to the airport.

We emphasize that our flexible changes and cancellations policy for flights departing until Saturday, April 20 (inclusive) remains in effect, as detailed previously and on the EL AL website above.

Due to the security situation in Israel and recent developments, it is unknown if your flight will depart as planned.

Therefore, at this point of time we request you not to arrive at the airport until we notify you otherwise. Once we have additional updates regarding your flight, we will notify you accordingly.

We are doing the utmost to bring Israelis home and to help passengers of foreign airlines that had their flights cancelled. For that purpose we have set fixed fares for flight to and from Israel-

Flights to destinations up to two hours flight- up to $299 per direction.

Flights to destinations between two to six hour flights- up to $499 per direction.

Flights to destinations above six hour flights- up to $899 per direction.

We are also continuing our lenient policy as we published when the situation began, that allows for flexibility with cancelling tickets or changing destinations and dates without change fees or additional costs.
Please note-
The prices are for ‘Classic’ tickets that include seating and luggage. These special fares are currently valid for flights until Saturday, October 28th, 2023,including. We are working towards expanding the prices to additional dates, according to the developments.
