What you will be doing:
As a Wedding Administrator you will be arranging the booking of wedding dates with town hall / hotels / or churches, uploading this info into data system and communicating, in written and verbally, with the wedding couples and suppliers. You will try to obtain sales for wedding extras to the couple, prepare the proformas for them and proceed to the payment processes online and via phone. Furthermore, you will administer the necessary Social media and Blog postings as well as the preparation of promotional material.

What we are looking for:
• Previous working experience in services and / or sales is preferred
• Previous working experience in wedding planning will be considered an asset
• Native or fluency in English, both oral & written. Fluency in any other language is an asset
• High level of competence with computers – knowledge of Microsoft office, familiarity with Social Media
• Excellent organizational & strong communication skills
• Collaborative, Passionate, Customer focused
• Good prioritization, time management skills and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Confident in talking over the phone with brides and suppliers
