- Plan, book, and manage travel itineraries using GDS & NDC systems
- Handle ticket exchanges, cancellations, re-bookings, and schedule changes
- Support clients by resolving travel issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and ticketing activity

Daily reality: multiple bookings, constant changes, and fast decision-making.
