The parking lot is free and no specific spots are reserved, so you may park wherever you want without worrying if you are using someone's spot. You will have a special fob on the keys that unlocks the pool gates so you can enjoy it at any time (given that noise will be to a minimum during late hours, to avoid being a nuisance to neighbors)
