Our luxury large 2 bedroom townhouse is like no other. It is in such an enviable position regarding the communal pool. Whether you fancy a beer, glass of wine or squash it is just a matter of easing yourself off the sunbed and a very short stroll to your fridge. No need to use any lifts or stairs unlike many other properties on the complex. It is situated just off Tomb of the Kings Avenue in Paphos a short stroll from bars, restaurants, harbour, market, Old Town, beach and nightlife and yet is in a secluded gated development with lawns, shrubs, fountains, pools, arches and columns. The accommodation includes an exceptionally large open plan lounge dining room complete with three settees one which is a sofa bed. Leading directly from this is a large private patio area overlooking the gardens and fountains. The kitchen is a separate well equipped room with pool views. A beautiful marble staircase leads upstairs to the large master bedroom and balcony, the family bathroom and large second bedroom. There is also undercover parking and air conditioning/heating is included in the price in all rooms. It truly is a beautiful property on a wonderful complex. It is so relaxing being able to sit on either the patio or balcony and listen to the sound of the water fountains.you would not believe that you are in the heart of Paphos as it is so tranquil. No need for car hire as a 2 minute walk will take you onto the main road where buses are every 10 minutes during peak season. An easy journey to Coral Bay can be made by bus which takes approx 20/25 minutes. A taxi journey from the airport for up to 4 guests costs around €30 each way.
