Cyprus Walks Etc Cyprus Walks Etc is a Cyprus Travel Agency and offers guided hiking, guided kayaking, guided snorkeling and self-guided hiking services.

Customised Walks and other exploration trips
We usually recommend a menu of six routes for our guided walks. We cover the whole of Cyprus and we lead walks throughout the year. The walks are customised after discussion with customers. Scheduled Walks
These are offered throughout the year on weekends and public holidays (usually). In summer we offer at least one night walk. Independent Self-Guided

Walking
We offer a menu of different weeklong itineraries that cover the whole year (and the whole of Cyprus). Some include longer walking whereas others include shorter walking and are therefore suitable also for summer. Coastal sea exploration on Waterbikes
We offer a menu of routes (usually two or four hour long) along interesting rocky stretches of Cyprus coastline. The waterbike is a very stable, agile, light, easy and fast watercraft that allows for a full body exercise while exploring the coastline and possibly do some birdwatching and/or underwater study. Independent Self-Guided Cycling
For Independent Self-Guided Cyclers we offer an itinerary in Troodos and Akamas, that includes the possibility of different routes each day, all with the same starting and finishing point. As a result cyclers have the flexibility to compose their own route (or simply to follow our recommendation). Combined Walking and Rafting in Greece
Neighbouring Greece has excellent rafting possibilities. We recommend to combine a rafting trip with walking in locations of beautiful nature (eg fafting in Voidomatis and walking in nearby Vikos gorge).

Kayaked between Mazotos (Petounta) and Alaminos beach today. Just under 3 km each way. Is it worth it? There are short cliffs all along, with lush bushes on many stretches and there is considerable variety in the rocks, including colours and serpentine- like layers. And the coast is completely undeveloped, so yes, in my view it is a good coastline to explore on kayaks. I did not spot any caves.

A hidden manmade lake related to the mining of copper, close to Panayia village (photo from last week). We composed different circular walking routes from Panayia passing through here (from about 12 km).

We started the walks rather late and we did not escape the rain. Great to hear the sound of the rain! When we started walking the Myllomeris trail the water in the stream was clear. By the time we reached the waterfall it was all muddy and 'foamy'? Never seen it like that before, especially in summer.
