Anastasia’s Greek Learning Center has operated in Limassol since 2015. The Center offers Greek language courses (Intensive and Non–intensive) to students of all ages and of all nationalities in a friendly interactive environment. The Greek Language courses from the beginners to the advanced levels are taught in Greek language. The courses follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Langu
ages (A1-C2). Anastasia’s Greek Learning Center aims to teach Greek to anyone who wishes to learn the Modern Greek language either from the very beginning, or in order to improve or to perfect their pre-existing knowledge. Through the courses, the students will develop the four linguistic skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) and simultaneously will be able to improve their social and cultural competencies to enrich their lives in Cyprus. The courses work in intimate small groups and particularly emphasize use of the Greek language in speech with the aim to get the students fluent and able to confidently communicate in all aspects of their life in Cyprus as quickly as possible. At the same time, the courses address cultural and social issues of Modern Greek and Cypriot society and offer opportunities to discover Cyprus itself. In order to achieve this in an innovative way, the Center includes free hours to practice using Greek in cafés, supermarkets and various other everyday social environments. If particular professional requirements are needed such as business language skills this can also be arranged on an individual or a tailored group basis. The Anastasia’s Greek Learning Center is dedicated to helping students succeed in the several exams held by Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus and Ministry of Education of Greece, namely the Language Proficiency, the Certification of Greek Language and the Certificate of attainment in Greek. The above exams apply to the Civil Registry and Migration Department of Cyprus requirements for applications for Cypriot Citizenship, Visa, residence permit etc. Simultaneously, it is dedicated to help the teens who study in Private Schools to succeed in GCSE and GCSE A- Level exams. Moreover, the Center offers lessons to children (from 4 years old+) and helps them to learn the Greek language through games and songs preparing them for school classes and enabling them to be one step ahead of fellow pupils in upcoming school tests. The Greek courses are aimed at:

- at the embassy of a foreign country
- in the tourist domain (restaurants, cafes, hotels, offices etc)

Students from the European Union and Non – European countries who are studying in foreign or public schools and universities
Students from the European Union who wish to learn Greek within the context of the Socrates exchange program
Kids from 4+ who wish to learn Greek Language and prepare for school and school tests. People who love Cyprus, visit often and want to learn to communicate in the language of the island
Teachers/lecturers of foreign schools and universities
Greeks who have lived abroad
Translators or interpreters who work or want to work as Greek language translators or interpreters
