Start your day in the Old Town and explore the main sights around Old Town Square. Including the Astronomical Clock and the surrounding historic buildings. From there, walk across Charles Bridge and continue towards the colourful Lennon Wall.

Make your way up to Prague Castle for some of the best views over the city 🏰

Later in the day, slow things down with a boat ride on the Vltava River 🚤 and finish your evening at Náplavka with a drink by the water 🍹

It’s a full day, but it gives you a really nice mix of Prague’s highlights and more relaxed moments.

Prague Easter Markets 2026 🐣🌷

Spring is here and Prague's Easter markets are BACK! 🇨🇿✨

📍 Where to go:

Old Town Square — the main event with 30+ stalls, folk music & live performances
Wenceslas Square — just a 5-min walk away
Náměstí Míru — smaller, local vibes near St. Ludmila Church
📅 When: March 21 – April 12 (some smaller markets close earlier)

🥚 What to expect:

Hand-painted eggs (kraslice) & traditional willow whips (pomlázky)
Sweet mazanec bread, lamb-shaped cakes & warm mulled wine
Egg-decorating workshops for kids
Folk dancing on the main stage
