PragueVisas.com is a leading immigration and relocation consultancy supporting expats, entrepreneurs, and companies with Czech visas, residence permits, and long-term stays. We are growing and are looking for a Visa Consultant who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident navigating Czech immigration processes.
What You Will Do
• Advise clients on Czech visa and residence permit options
• Prepare and review visa applications and supporting documentation
• Communicate with clients throughout the application process
• Liaise with Czech authorities and partners when required
• Track case progress and ensure deadlines and compliance are met
• Provide clear, professional guidance to clients from diverse backgrounds
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with Czech visas, immigration, or relocation services (preferred)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and spoken English (Czech required & other languages are a plus)
• Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Attention to detail and comfort working with legal/official documents
