The Dancing House — a modern symbol of Prague

The Clementinum and its library

Petřín Tower — Prague’s Eiffel Tower

Charles Bridge — the heart of Prague

⛴ Take a ferry on the Vltava — and discover Prague from the water!

If you thought the Vltava was only for tourist boats, here's a surprise: Prague has its own network of city ferries, integrated into the public transport system. It’s not just convenient — it’s also incredibly atmospheric, especially in summer.

🚤 Ferries run from 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. until dusk (depending on the line) and connect districts that are otherwise tricky to reach on foot. You can sail:
— from Výtoň to Císařská louka and Smíchov,
— from Modřany to Lahovičky,
— from Podhoří to Podbaba,
— or from Zámky to Sedlec.
Some lines even include small pedestrian bridges, like the one near the confluence of the Vltava and Berounka rivers.
