1 hour – 100,000 rolls🥯 At this speed, quality control is taken to a whole new level in 's state-of-the-art facility with the help of AT's 3D sensors and intelligent software from !🚀 The position of the baked goods on the conveyor belt is detected immediately and misshapen rolls are sorted out straight away. This ensures that the appearance, weight, baking time, and taste are always consistent, so you always get a perfect roll at the supermarket! 🤩
The MCS is the perfect choice for this, as its modularity allows it to be adapted precisely to the application, and with a 1000 mm field of view, the entire conveyor belt is checked at once!💡

We're going full speed ! 🏎️💨 But not just in our electric cars, also when inspecting their batteries!🔋 Whether it's malfunctions, short circuits, or chemical leaks: all of these issues are serious safety risks that must be avoided! 💪🏼 That's why EV batteries undergo rigorous safety checks, and this is where our 3D sensors come into play! 🔍 The GES inspection system primarily focuses on what is known as “can cap” welding inspection. This involves welding the lid to the battery housing. The inspection requires a high speed of 100 mm/s, while detecting the smallest defects of up to 0.4 mm in size and at the same time paying attention to the curved shape and unevenness of the weld seam. 💡
