How do the consequences of the Vietnam War continue to shape people, families, landscapes, and memory today? During the six-day practical workshop WHAT REMAINS we will create a collective documentary film and a curated photo selection. The focus is on respectful encounters, documentary storytelling, photography, video, sound, and ethically responsible practice.
Part A: 19–21 November 2026 · Vietnam Friendship Village, Hanoi
Part B: 22–24 November 2026 · Cát Bà, Ninh Bình, or another location near Hanoi
Open to students, artists, filmmakers, photographers, and interested beginners. Maximum 10 participants. Working language: English, with Vietnamese support where possible.
Fees: Part A €150 / students €120; Part B €120 / students €90; €25 discount for booking both parts. Travel, accommodation, and meals are not included.
