WE ARE HIRING - STUDENT / INTERNSHIP
As Research Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the Invest team. You will assist with all business needs related to conducting internet research to identify and prioritize potential contacts such as brokers, property managers and owners. You will work with the team to gather, analyse and interpret a variety of information in relation to targeted hotels in the form of desktop research and generally assist with workflow where necessary to keep the team running smoothly and effectively.
In return, you’ll gain invaluable experience in the field of research in the real estate industry, as well as getting to assist on some interesting and exciting projects.
The successful applicant will be curious and IT affine.
Your Tasks
- Conduct comprehensive research and gather data to identify potential contacts
- Analyse and interpret a variety of information mostly in relation to hotels
- Keep well informed of industry developments and competitors’ activities
