A guest who loved your restaurant in 2023 might have different expectations in 2026. Not because your restaurant has changed. Because they changed.

The hospitality industry is evolving faster than ever. Guests compare experiences across restaurants, hotels, retail stores, apps, and delivery platforms.

What feels exceptional today can feel standard tomorrow.

According to PwC, 73% of consumers say customer experience influences their purchasing decisions.

That's why feedback matters. Not simply because it tells us whether guests were happy. But because it helps us understand what happiness means to them right now.

The restaurants that adapt fastest aren't always the biggest. They're often the ones paying closest attention to what their guests are trying to tell them.

We're learning exactly that through our Bucharest pilot, and we'll continue sharing what we discover along the way.

Most restaurant teams don’t struggle with a lack of feedback.

They struggle with deciding where to focus.

When feedback becomes easier to understand, it becomes easier to act on.

That’s one of the things we’re exploring through the pilot.

A good rating is valuable. It helps new guests decide whether to visit. But ratings rarely explain why people return.

One of the restaurants in our pilot already had strong reviews and a solid reputation. The challenge wasn't attracting guests. It was understanding what would make them come back again.

After collecting direct feedback, a pattern emerged. Guests repeatedly mentioned the same strengths and the same opportunity for improvement. Not dozens of problems. Not a complete overhaul. Just one clear area that mattered.

That's the difference between ratings and feedback. Ratings tell you how people felt. Feedback helps you understand why they felt that way.

We're sharing what we're learning from our pilot conversations and feedback data as we go.

Pilot restaurants are teaching us something important: the experience isn’t a single story, it’s a series of moments that shift with context.

✨When those moments are captured clearly, teams understand what’s really happening and where to improve. Not through guesswork. Through patterns.

If you want to see what your restaurant could learn from real‑time experience signals, our pilot is open. 👇

Two guests can walk into the same restaurant, meet the same team, and receive the same service, yet walk out with completely different stories.

Not because the service changed, but because their context did.
People bring their mood, expectations, and energy into every experience.

That’s why the same moment can feel warm to one person and overwhelming to another.

When restaurants understand why guests feel the way they do, everything changes.

Service becomes more intentional.
Adjustments become more precise.
And improvements happen faster; not because teams work harder, but because they finally have the clarity they’ve been missing.

What if every piece of feedback came with clear steps, not just opinions?

Clarity is the superpower that turns reactions into direction.

We no longer guess what worked or what needs to change; we understand.

The first conversations with pilot restaurants are already confirming something important:

✨Most restaurants don’t lack feedback.
✨They struggle to understand what feedback actually means and where to focus first.

Throughout the pilot, we’ll continue sharing observations, learnings, and practical examples from participating restaurants.

Improvement starts with visibility.

When customer feedback is fragmented, it’s difficult to know what deserves attention and what should happen next.
When patterns become clearer, decisions become easier.

That’s the idea behind what we’re testing through the Bucharest pilot.

✨Clearer visibility.
✨Better decisions.
✨Better customer experiences.

Customer experience changes through small operational moments:
timing, atmosphere, waiting perception, and consistency.

The problem is that most restaurants struggle to clearly see what actually repeats and what affects the experience most.

We’re testing a simpler way to transform customer feedback into structured visibility that restaurants can actually use.

The Bucharest pilot is now live.
