There are days in Berlin when you don’t plan much, you just go with the flow.
This Sunday is exactly that kind of day.
But if you’re already flowing… you might as well know where to go 😉
🌿 Start with a market
For example, **Mauerpark Flea Market**. Not because you need anything, but because this is Berlin at its most “Berlin”: street food, live music, and people from everywhere.
☕ Then coffee
Try **Father Carpenter** in Mitte. Not the cheapest, not a hidden gem, just consistently a great place to sit, slow down, and soak in the vibe.
🏎️ Now something special happening today
It’s the **Berlin E-Prix (electric Grand Prix)** at Tempelhof. Even if you’re not into motorsports, the atmosphere is part race, part festival, and it only happens this weekend.
🎨 At the same time
It’s also **Gallery Weekend Berlin**. Dozens of galleries are open to the public (many for free), and you can just hop between them like a local.
🏛️ If you want something different
The **government district (Regierungsviertel)** is open to visitors today, a rare chance to step inside places you usually only see from the outside.
🌳 Then, as always - park time.
I’d go for **Tempelhofer Feld** close to the race and one of the best spots in the city to just pause for a moment.
🍦 And to finish properly
Ice cream at **Jones Ice Cream**, or anywhere good you stumble upon along the way.
And the most important part?
Don’t try to tick everything off.
Berlin on a Sunday isn’t about productivity, it’s about moments.
Let the city lead.
It knows exactly what it’s doing 💛
