Heute konnten wir unsere erste TOPOMOMO Tour starten: Es war wunderbar!

Von Löbau zu den ehemaligen Phänomenwerken in Zittau, dann zur Silberteichbaude in Seifhennersdorf, weiter nach Krásná Lípa zur heute noch produzierenden Textilfabrik und abschließend nach Sebnitz auf die Endlerkuppe.

Tausend Dank an alle, die uns so herzlich empfangen haben. Wer zu diesen Gebäuden noch alte Fotos, Kontakte oder Infos hat, oder sich sonst einbringen möchte: Wir freuen uns!

This wonderful video was created by MOKOST in 2014 for our old Topomomo project.

Now we are back on track with our partners from Technická univerzita v Liberci.

With this piece of inspiration we are asking for your help: we are trying to complete our databank on interesting buildings along the Saxon-Czech border. Whoever wants to contribute can send an email to [email protected] or leave a comment right here. Tell us about houses, schools, factories, churches and other buildings that could be part of TOPOMOMO.

The buildings should date back to about 1920 to 1940. Especially places that are still sleeping beauties or need some support are welcome. No matter if you know it from your neighborhood, drive by everyday or work for the place, let us know!

We would love to hear from you and will keep searching.

The project is funded by the European Union and the Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung.

Here it goes...

Es geht weiter! Unser Projekt TOPOMOMO zu den Bauten der Moderne wird fortgesetzt. In den nächsten zwei Jahren werden wir uns gemeinsam mit der TU Liberec mit der Architektur der 20er und 30er Jahre entlang der sächsisch-tschechischen Grenze befassen. Wir freuen uns wahnsinnig!

Our project TOPOMOMO on modernist buildings will be continued. For the next two years we will be researching the architecture of the 1920s and 30s together with the TU Liberec along the Saxon-Czech border. We are incredibly happy!
