Pork Igado
Ingredients:
1/2kg Pork Kasim (Cut into strips then marinate with 1/3cup soysauce, 1/4cup vinegar, 3cloves garlic & 1/8tsp black pepper for 30mins.
1/4 Pork Liver (Cut into strips then marinate with 1tbsp of vinegar, 2tbsp soysauce & 1/8tsp black pepper.)
