BREAKING: French General Michel Yakovleff HUMILIATES Trump for begging Europe to get involved in his Iran War, says that it would be like "buying cheap tickets for the Titanic" after it hit the iceberg.

This is beyond brutal...

"We have five reasons to say no to him, in fact," said Yakovleff. "So, the first one is that he didn't understand that if he wants to carry out a NATO operation, NATO has to take command. So, there will be an American general, but it's a single operation."

“You can’t have an American operation where they’re bombing whatever they can and then below that, the Europeans doing something else,” Yakovleff said. “No, no, no, it has to be one sole operation, under a NATO flag. I don’t think he understood that.”

Yakovleff served as a three general in the French Army, was commander of the French Foreign Legion, and served in top positions in NATO. He's a highly respected military expert in France and regularly weighs in on issues of international importance.

Trump has been pleading with allied nations to get involved in his Iran fiasco. Iranian missiles and drones have made it impossible for oil tankers to obtain insurance to traverse the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the world's petroleum normally passes. Oil prices are skyrocketing. So far, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the European Union have refused Trump's request.

General Yakovleff went on to point out that Trump's strategic goals, beyond forcing open the strait, are vague and undefined. If NATO nations were even going to consider involvement, they would need the United States to explain explicitly in writing what the goals are.

"And it's not tweets, and it's not things that change every two minutes. So, already there, it's going to be necessary for Trump himself to know what he wants," said the general.

He said that there's also the issue of the lack of "confidence" in Trump. It's well-known that he regularly abandons his allies and he could do so here immediately after other nations got involved.

“He would let us down whenever it suited him," said Yakovleff.

He ended his tirade by comparing Trump to the captain of the Titanic trying to "sell cheap tickets" for his voyage "after having hit the iceberg."

“And the last argument is American: you don’t reinforce failure. I learnt that at the U.S. Army War College. You don’t reinforce failure, you move on, you find something else.” he added. "So, there are a lot of reasons to say no."

DAY 8 — From Cork to Galway
Yesterday we officially said goodbye to Cork 💙
We started the day in the charming town of Cobh, the last port of call for the Titanic before sailing to New York, and sadly sinking in the Atlantic. 🚢
Next stop: the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher 🌊✨ An unforgettable view that left everyone speechless.
We then arrived at our final stop of the tour: Galway! Ready for the last chapter of this amazing journey.

DAY 7 – Cork Magic 🫶🏼
Yesterday we arrived in Cork and took some time to explore the city and visit a few of its most iconic spots.
Then it was time to head to Cork City Hall for Encore’s second concert of the tour.

A huge thank you to the Mayor of Cork for the warm welcome ❤️
The concert was a real success in a stunning venue, and the audience generously donated to ALONE, who we were honored to have with us for the evening.

We left Kilkenny and headed to Wexford to explore the Fleadh Cheoil, the biggest Irish traditional music event of the year 🎻☘️
Such an amazing vibe with music on every corner!

After that, we made our way to Cork, where we settled in and enjoyed a lovely dinner together.
Today’s another big one: time for our second Encore () concert at the Cork City Hall!
Let’s go! 💙🎶

DAY 6 – Music, crystal & pure emotion ✨🎶

We kicked off the day with a little getaway to the charming town of Waterford, where we visited the world-famous Waterford Crystal Factory 💎
Let’s just say… the only thing more polished than the crystal was Encore’s harmonies 😏🎵
(Of course, we couldn’t leave without singing a little something ourselves!)

In the afternoon, we returned to Kilkenny just in time for Encore’s concert at St. Canice’s Cathedral and what an emotional evening it was! 🫶🏼

DAY 4 – From Dublin to Kilkenny 🇮🇪
After leaving Dublin, our journey continued to the charming town of Kilkenny.
We explored the beautiful Kilkenny Castle and its picturesque streets, before Encore () dove into a focused rehearsal session in preparation for tomorrow’s concert at St. Canice’s Cathedral. 🎶

Finally, we wrapped up the day with some good old Irish music — the perfect way to celebrate Lynn’s birthday and Carolyn & Glyn’s anniversary! 🎉🎻

So much joy, music, and love all around. 💙✨

DAY 3 – A perfect farewell to Dublin 🇮🇪
Yesterday marked our final day in Dublin and what a special one it was!

We kicked things off with an energizing rehearsal session, then joined Encore () for a walking tour through the heart of the city, taking in some of Dublin’s most iconic sights.
Next stop: the Guinness Storehouse, where we enjoyed breathtaking views over the city from the Gravity Bar. 🍺

The day ended on a truly high note at St. Patrick’s College in Maynooth: a lovely dinner followed by a stunning organ recital by Ferdia Ó Cairbre in the magnificent College Chapel.

What a beautiful way to wrap up this unforgettable day.
Now it’s time to say goodbye to Dublin.
Next stop: Kilkenny! 🎶🚌
