By sticking the arrow "Cakra Baskara" on Legian Beach, hopefully the pandemic will end soon. This monumental art installation was done by original artists from Legian @ okafariana88, and team, on the initiative of Wayan Mudita.

"If everything goes according to plan, on July 9 we will start the first stage of reopening several sectors except education and tourism," Koster said.
In the second stage beginning in August, the island will start welcoming domestic tourists. But this will only happen if the first stage was an unqualified success.
In the third stage in September, Bali will reopen its borders to international tourists.
Koster stressed this is still a plan not a set timeline for implementation."

Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Wishnutama Kusubandio said public trust must be earned by implementing strict health protocols.

The Transportation Ministry has relaxed the national rules for airline passengers in the new normal so they will be able to fly by submitting the results of their rapid test alone. With the new rules, the ministry has done away with the need for passengers to show their Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test results to board flights. Though local government might have different access requirements. (so check)

*** Bali still requests a PCR test proof upon arrival.
If not, you can be put into a government facility until a PCR test shows a negative result. Jakarta has plans to scrap the SIKM process to access the city (to be updated shortly during the transition phase) ***
