Jährliches Qualitätsaudit war erfolgreich

Das jährliche Überwachungsaudit zusammen mit unserem Zertifizierungspartner Quality Austria erfolgte wie immer kurz vor der Sommerzeit. An zwei Tage wurden unsere Prozesse, Verbesserungen und internen Abläufe intensiven Tests unterzogen, um zu verifizieren, dass arcutronix GmbH den Qualitätsvorgaben nach ISO 90001:2015 entspricht. Am Ende bescheinigte uns der externe Auditor, dass das Qualitätssystem bei arcutronix GmbH einen hohen Stellenwert und ein ebenso hohes Niveau hat.

As always, the annual monitoring audit together with our certification partner Quality Austria took place shortly before summer time. During two days our processes, improvements and internal procedures were subjected to intensive tests to verify that arcutronix GmbH meets the quality requirements according to ISO 90001:2015. In the end, the external auditor confirmed to us that the quality system is of high importance and equally high level at arcutronix GmbH.
Dr. Josef Gfrerer, Managing Director of arcutronix GmbH, is delighted about this proof of the high quality and congratulates the entire team on this particular success. Special thanks go to our dedicated colleagues who made all this possible.

SDSL Komponenten für Geschäftskunden

arcutronix GmbH aus Hannover lieferte Anfang Mai zusammen mit ihrem Partner Ihlemann AG aus Braunschweig die ersten Seriengeräte zur SDSL-Übertragung an die Deutsche Telekom. Im Zuge eines Generationswechsels im Netz der Deutschen Telekom besteht weiterhin der Bedarf an moderner und leistungsfähiger Übertragungstechnologie auf klassischem Kupferkabel. Bei großen Entfernungen ist es dabei nötig, dass Verstärker eingebaut werden, um das Datensignal zum und vom Endkunden übertragen zu können. arcutronix GmbH liefert hierfür die Verstärker als auch die zentralen Fernspeiseeinheiten. Beides wurde am Hauptstandort in Hannover entwickelt, in den letzten Jahren beim Kunden qualifiziert und nun in Braunschweig gefertigt.
Obwohl ganz Deutschland vom notwendigen Glasfaserausbau spricht, ist es immer noch notwendig moderne Technik auch auf den vorhandenen Leitungen als Brückentechnologie verfügbar zu haben. Bis das gesamte Netz auf Glasfaser umgerüstet ist, können mit Hilfe der Brückentechnologie den Kunden hochwertige Dienste, exzellenter Service und Verfügbarkeit schon heute angeboten werden.

SDSL components for business customers

At the beginning of May, arcutronix GmbH from Hanover, together with its partner Ihlemann AG from Braunschweig, delivered the first series devices for SDSL transmission to Deutsche Telekom. As part of a generational change in Deutsche Telekom's network, there continues to be a need for modern, high-performance transmission technology on classic copper cables. In the case of long distances, it is necessary to install amplifiers in order to be able to transmit the data signal to and from the end customer. arcutronix GmbH supplies the amplifiers as well as the central remote feed units for this purpose. Both were developed at the main location in Hanover, qualified by the customer in recent years and now manufactured in Braunschweig.
Although all of Germany speaks of the necessary fiber optic expansion, it is still necessary to have modern technology also available on existing lines as a bridge technology. Until the entire network has been converted to fiber optics, Bridging Technology can now provide customers with high-quality services, excellent service and availability.

Qualitätsaudit nach neuesten Qualitätsstandards

Erneuerungsaudit für ISO9001 und TL9000 mit Bravour bestanden.

Alle drei Jahre müssen sich qualitätszertifizierte Firmen einem Erneuerungsaudit stellen, um die Leistungsfähigkeit und Güte der implementierten Prozesse und Verfahren erneut zu bestätigen. In diesem Jahr war dies bei arcutronix GmbH sowohl für die Zertifizierung nach ISO9001 als auch TL9000 notwendig. Während vor drei Jahren noch ältere Standards zugrunde gelegt wurden, galt es dieses Jahr die neuesten Qualitätsstandards zu erfüllen. Bei ISO9000 ist dies das Release aus dem Jahre 2015 und bei TL9000 des Release aus 2016. Im Rahmen dieses Audits wurde der Firma arcutronix GmbH ihre hohen Qualitätsstandards und das erfolgreiche Umsetzen der Anforderungen des Quest-Forum bestätigt.
Mit der erfolgreichen Zertifizierung ist arcutronix GmbH eines der ersten Unternehmen im Bereich der Telekommunikation das nach den neusten Standards erfolgreich zertifiziert ist.

Quality audit according to the latest quality standards

Renewal audit for ISO9001 and TL9000 passed with flying colours.

Every three years, quality-certified companies have to provide a renewal audit in order to confirm the performance and quality of the implemented processes. This year, this was necessary at arcutronix GmbH for the certification according to ISO9001 as well as TL9000. While older standards were used three years ago, the latest quality standards were to be met this year. For ISO9000, this is the release from 2015 and the TL9000 from the 2016 release. Within the framework of this audit, arcutronix GmbH has confirmed its high quality standards and the successful implementation of the requirements of the Quest Forum.
With the successful certification, arcutronix GmbH is one of the first companies in the field of telecommunications which is successfully certified according to the latest standards.

arcutronix bestätigt Qualität im Überwachungsaudit

Der hohe Qualitätsstandard bei arcutronix wurde erfolgreiche bestätigt.

Im Rahmen des jährlich stattfinden Überwachungsaudit wurde der Firma arcutronix GmbH ihre hohen Qualitätsstandards und das erfolgreiche Umsetzen der Anforderungen des Quest-Forum bestätigt.
Somit sind die Zertifikate für das firmeneigene Quality Management System nach ISO 9001:2008 sowie TL9000-HS bis zum Erneuerungsaudit im nächsten Jahr voll gültig. Für das nächste Jahr hat sich die arcutronix GmbH auf die Fahne geschrieben, sich dann als eines der ersten Unternehmen im Bereich der Telekommunikation nach neusten Standards zertifizieren zu lassen. Dies wird sowohl für den Bereich der ISO als auch für die TL9000 angestrebt.

As part of an annual event surveillance audit the company arcutronix GmbH has confirmed its high quality standards and the successful application of the requirements of the Quest-Forum.
Thus, the certificates for the company's Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2008 and TL9000 - HS fully valid until the renewal audit next year. For next year, the arcutronix GmbH has written on the flag to be then certified to the latest standards as one of the first companies in the field of telecommunications. arcutronix @ BREKO

Seit 2015 ist die arcutronix GmbH Mitglied im BREKO-Verband. Vom 12.-14.04.2016 hat arcutronix zum ersten Mal erfolgreich an der BREKO Glasfasermesse teilgenommen und sein neues Produkt den BNX-CE für die Breitbandlösung präsentiert. Ebenfalls haben wir die neuen Produkte von unserem Kooperationspartner Aethra vorgestellt. Interessante Gespräche mit Kunden sowie Geschäftspartnern rundeten den Messebesuch ab.

Since 2015, arcutronix GmbH is member of the German BREKO Association. arcutronix participated successfully at the fibre fair of BREKO and presented its new product BNX - CE for broadband solutions. We have also introduced the new products of our partner Aethra. Interesting conversations with customers and business partners rounded off the fair.
