There is one moment at sea you never forget.

The ropes are tightened, commands echo across the deck, and together with the crew the great white sails are raised. Slowly they unfold above the ship — until suddenly the engine falls silent.

And then something special happens:
Only the wind determines the course. The sea feels calmer, time seems to slow down, and on board a feeling of freedom arises that is almost impossible to describe.

On some of our island-hopping tours, cycling is combined not only with life on board, but also with a true sailing experience. Travelling together, lending a hand, feeling the wind, and discovering Europe’s coastlines from a completely different perspective.

Es gibt diesen einen Moment auf See, den man nie wieder vergisst.

Die Leinen werden gespannt, Kommandos hallen über Deck und gemeinsam mit der Crew werden die großen weißen Segel gesetzt. Langsam entfaltet sich ihre ganze Größe über dem Schiff – bis plötzlich der Motor verstummt.

Und dann passiert etwas Besonderes: Nur noch der Wind bestimmt den Kurs. Das Meer wird ruhiger, die Zeit scheint langsamer zu vergehen und an Bord entsteht dieses Gefühl von Freiheit, das man kaum beschreiben kann.

Auf einigen unserer Inselhüpfen-Reisen verbindet sich das Radfahren nicht nur mit dem Leben an Bord, sondern auch mit einem echten Segelerlebnis. Gemeinsam unterwegs sein, mit anpacken, den Wind spüren und die Küsten Europas aus einer ganz besonderen Perspektive entdecken.
