Booking Rhine in Flames closing soon

Today we wanted to give you an update about the beautiful “Majestic Rhine & Moselle Rivers” tour, which starts at the end of June. We still have limited availability on this tour, but we need to close our bookings on Wednesday 22nd April, as our option for the tickets for the boat trip during the Rhine in Flames fireworks will expire thereafter....

Last year touring with customers

As many of you probably know, tomorrow the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show will start at the NEC in Birmingham. Normally we would have a stand at the show, but this year we will not be participating as we have decided that the touring season 2026 will be our last one and we will retire in 2027. Some of our customers already know that 2026 will be our last season as MandA Tours, and others may have heard it through the grape vine....

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Every year in December we go to the Service Center of PhoeniX in Northern Bavaria to have the annual habitation check and a general service done on our motorhome. During this trip we also visit several Christmas markets and usually the Rothenburger Reiterlesmarkt is a must for us. But this year we were there on a Saturday and the Stellplatz/Aire was full of motorhomes as well as cars....

The days between Christmas and New Year is also the time when many of you will start thinking about new projects for the upcoming year

Update Majestic Rhine & Moselle Rivers tour

Today we wanted to give you an update on our most popular tour, the “Majestic Rhine & Moselle Rivers” tour. As you will probably know, one of the highlights of this tour is a boat trip on the Rhine during the Rhine in Flames fireworks event. We are happy to inform you that the organisers have given us tickets on the MS Bingen, which is the boat you can see on the above picture in front of the Rheinstein castle....

We arrived home ten days ago after 8 weeks on the road driving over 7000 kms through France, Spain, Portugal and then over to the NEC in Birmingham. On our way home to Landau from the UK, we also added Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany to the list. We are now back in the office preparing everything for 2026 but also enjoying a respite from life in the motorhome, which even we need after a very busy year!...

The show ended two weeks ago and it was a great opportunity to meet our customers. We had a lot of interest and received 7 bookings at the show.

Today we left the Algarve at the end of our “Perfect Portugal” tour. We had fantastic weather during the 3-week tour and everyone on the tour was amazed at the beauty of this country, the good and inexpensive food as well as the friendliness of the Portuguese people. We all enjoyed visiting the Nature parks and the medieval towns and cities as well as the drives along the breathtaking coastline....

The Motorhome & Caravan Show will take place at the NEC in Birmingham from 14th–19th October 2025. Our stand is located in hall 9, stand number 9.31

On Friday we finished our “Spectacular Spanish Northern Coast” tour near Santiago de Compostela and on Saturday we started our “Perfect Portugal” tour in Braga. This means this year we are using the time from end of August to the beginning of October to tour the two beautiful Atlantic coasts of Spain and Portugal with a few stops inland as well....

Yesterday we arrived in Donostia/San Sebastian, where our “Spectacular Spanish Northern Coast” starts later today with a typical Spanish Welcome Dinner. We have a great international group consisting of English couples and 2 German couples, as well as one Swiss/English and one English/German (the latter one is Audrey and myself). We are sure we will have lots of fun, especially when we go for the wine tasting in the Rioja at CVNE, one of the oldest bodegas in Spain 😊....

This week we have received several bookings for 2026, to avoid disappointment they did not want to wait for the Motorhome & Caravan show in October

Tomorrow we will finish our “Majestic Rhine & Moselle Rivers” Tour. We were blessed with lots of sunshine and the perfect weather for our boat trip during the Rhine in flames fireworks, which is the largest firework display of Germany. Besides this event the group thoroughly enjoyed the wine-tasting at the vineyard in Trier and all the beautiful towns along the way, easily reachable by public transport or on the flat cycling paths along the rivers....

Many customers have asked us if this two-week tour to Northern Spain is suitable if you are still working and have limited time available. The answer is yes!
