The month kicked off in Bonn with Yasmin Schober at the fabulous One Luxury Anniversary with Astrid, bringing together clients, partners and content creators.

Yasmine Hidalgo was off to Munich for the glamorous Falstaff Travel Spa Awards at Rosewood Munich, where two clients, Bürgenstock Resort and Reiters Supreme, were celebrated with top awards.

The trip also included inspiring meetings with media partners including Bunte Gesundheit, Elle and Business Traveller, as well as content creators Jessica Bachmann, Julia Pohl and Fabian Sixt.

The highlight of the month was leading a group of Wellness, Golf and Lifestyle media from the DACH market on a five-day press trip to Terme di Saturnia in beautiful Tuscany.

From relaxing in the healing thermal waters to discovering the new Saturnia Healthy Longevity Programme, enjoying culinary experiences and playing golf, the group embraced the very best of Italian wellness and lifestyle.

They also ventured beyond the resort to discover Pitigliano and enjoyed a memorable w**e tasting at Fattoria Aldobrandesca.

Some evenings at Jamaica Inn , the beach belongs to someone else.

When a nest hatches, guests gather at the water’s edge and watch a few dozen hawksbill hatchlings make their way across the sand for the very first time. No fences, no fanfare, just quiet company for a journey that takes a few minutes and defines the rest of their lives.

Very few of them will return. The ones that do come back to this exact beach, decades later, to nest where they were born.

We think that says something about the place. 🐢✨

08:00 – Good morning, Verdala

Waking up in this beautiful Junior Suite felt like a little escape.
Boho details, a breathtaking view over the Maltese landscape – and even a private Jacuzzi.

A very good reason to stay in bed a little longer. ✨

09:00 – Starting from within

Comfy clothes on and straight to the spa.
Verdala offers complimentary daily wellness activities for hotel guests – and today’s choice was a Grounding Guided Meditation.

Exactly what I needed.

09:30 – The perfect start

I felt completely refreshed after the meditation.
And as a little extra, the session ended with some sound healing.

A pretty beautiful way to start the day. 🤍

10:00 – Breakfast, but make it healthy

Fresh, healthy and plenty of choice.
Breakfast at Verdala is all about starting the day feeling good – without rushing.

11:00 – A little beach escape

Time to leave the spa bubble for a few hours.
Golden Bay is only around 20 minutes away by car – and yes, Malta has beautiful sandy beaches too, despite being famous for its rocky coastline. ☀️

13:00 – Back to Verdala

Back at the hotel, I kept lunch light with a fresh smoothie and salad at the Living Room Lounge Bar.

Because the best was still to come…

14:00 – My wellness journey

Before entering the spa circuit, I had my personal wellness consultation – included in the stay.
We talked about my personal wellness goals and how the Verdala team could support me on my journey.

14:30 – Spa time

Time to switch off.
Access to the VSPA is included in the room rate and the spa is open from 08:00 to 20:00.
I started with the sauna – followed by the cold plunge.
The feeling afterwards? Hard to put into words.

Slow down

A few minutes in the steam room…
Then my favourite part of the circuit: the salt cave.
Quiet, peaceful and the perfect place to simply do nothing.
