We created a customised programme that gave the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket team and European customers a unique motorsport hospitality experience.

The weekend began with an exclusive château event, fully designed and delivered by our M&C event team, setting the stage for a memorable and engaging experience. The setting provided the perfect atmosphere for networking, meaningful conversations and quality time together before heading to the circuit.
Throughout the weekend, guests enjoyed behind-the-scenes access, including exclusive visits to the pit garages and close-up views of the teams in action. Beyond the on-track activities, the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket team and the European customers gained valuable insights into the people, processes and precision that define top-level endurance racing.
From the first track sessions to the evening entertainment, the programme combined exclusive motorsport access with dedicated networking opportunities. Built around insight, connection and shared experiences, the weekend offered a unique blend of world-class racing and valuable relationship-building moments.
