Do you want to indulge on your vacation but still return home  feeling better than ever?

Let’s face it, part of the fun of being on vacation is to let your discipline slip a little.

On FitCation, you can have your gelato and eat it too. You’ll wake up to delicious movement, spend the day glistening through a hike on a medieval footpath gazing at ruins and vineyards, kayak by castles and guard towers, or take a swim in crystal waters that inspire myths and legends.

Are you just a number to your tour guide?

We keep our groups small for a reason! 

We can get to know our guests, anticipate their needs, and customize accordingly. 

We can pivot more easily when something unexpected comes up (usually involving rain).

We can focus on each person’s physical abilities so no one feels left behind!

Best of all, connections begin, and real friendships form. One of our favorite things is watching our guests greet each other on Day 1, with the warmth of memories and shared experiences.

New European travel requirements for 2026

There are three sets of initials you need to be aware of when you travel in 2026; EES, ETA, ETIAS.

EES - is a biometric Entry and Exit System that has been slowly rolling out since 2025, but is scheduled to be fully operational by April of 2026. 

What you need to do: Non-EU travelers will submit fingerprints and facial scans at their first entry point. After the first entry, this is expected to greatly speed up the border control process. If you have a biometric passport, you can expedite the process by using the self-service kiosks at border control.

ETA - This is a visa for the UK that is mandatory if you are going to, or through, the UK. It’s linked to your passport and is good for up to 2 years or until your passport expires. 

What you need to do: Fill out the application before your trip. Please be aware that even if you have a stopover in the UK, you need an ETA.

ETIAS - The European Information and Travel Authorization will be mandatory for all US travelers to Europe in the last quarter of 2026. 

What you need to do: Fill out the application online and pay the 7€ fee. It will be linked to your passport and good for up to three years (or until your passport expires). For more information: https://etias.com/what-is-etias. 
Please note that this is expected to roll out later this year, so if you’re traveling in the first half of the year, you don’t need it.
