Originally from Budapest, Berta has a serious case of wanderlust. Her globetrotting started when she studied abroad in the US, opening her eyes to new cultures, landscapes, foods, and people. Since then, she’s volunteered in Scotland and Thailand, explored Europe, and even went bungee jumping in Costa Rica!
Today, she’s living her dream in the sunny South of Portugal, nestled in a cozy house in a tiny Algarve village right by the river, near the Atlantic. When she isn't running the show at Job Squad, she’s out hiking, capturing architecture with her analog camera, chatting with locals, cuddling her two adopted cats (named after her favorite cheeses because she is obsessed with ALL cheeses! 🧀😸), or enjoying pasta, pizza, and gelato! 🇮🇹🍝
Berta joined Job Squad in early 2022. As our Delivery Manager and training superstar, she is the glue holding our wild international team together. Having moved around the world herself, she knows how overwhelming bureaucracy can be and takes pride in making every candidate's transition smooth and stress-free.
Her favorite part of moving? The culture shock! She thrives on stepping into the unknown like an explorer on a treasure hunt.
