Meet the Organizing Team behind Doing Business In (DBI) 2027 ✨

✈️ Head of Logistics: Bertram
Bertram is responsible for flights, accommodation and making sure we have a seamless experience from departure to return. He studies Finance & Strategic Management at CBS and is the reigning champion of the Danish volleyball league.

📸 Head of Marketing: Louisa
Louisa spreads the word about Doing Business In while keeping you all updated on the latest Doing Business In news. She studies Biomedical Engineering at DTU & UCPH and has a never ending list of restaurants all over the world to try.

💡Head of Strategic Content: Frida
Frida develops the case — the heart of Doing Business In — and creates insightful workshops in collaboration with our partners. She studies Management of Innovation & Business Development at CBS. Frida is an avid music explorer and always on the lookout for new artists, songs, and genres.

💼 Head of Operations: Tobias
Tobias keeps the team on top of deadlines and seeks funding to bring Doing Business In to the next level. He studies Finance & Accounting at CBS. Tobias is a true globetrotter and has spent his summer travelling East Africa.

As Doing Business In 2026 comes to a close, we look back on an incredible journey, made possible by a truly dedicated Organizing Team.

This year’s team has not only planned and executed the programme, but also created an experience that brought people together, challenged perspectives and left a lasting impact on everyone involved. The level of commitment, teamwork and energy behind the scenes has been nothing short of impressive.

What a finale✨

After an intense and inspiring journey, we wrapped up with final presentations where participants showcased their solutions within the probiotic market in Korea. The level of creativity, insight and engagement was truly impressive. It’s been a pleasure to follow the entire process.

Thank you to all participants for your energy, ideas and dedication, as well as to the partners and the OT👏

A big congratulations to Waldemar, Nanna, Kirsten and Sebastian for winning the “Make Others Shine Award”. A well deserved recognition of your team’s ability to support and bring out the best in each other🌟

Final week in South Korea 🇰🇷

During the last week, we kicked things off with a visit to one of Novonesis’ customers, gaining firsthand insight into how biosolutions are applied in practice.

Later in the week, we visited a local brewery, where we explored production processes and experienced local craftsmanship 🥂

Over two intensive days, participants worked on a real-life case for Novonesis, bringing together sharp analysis, problemsolving and teamwork to develop concrete solutions 🤝

Alongside the casework, we experienced South Korea’s cultural heritage through temple visits and sightseeing, gaining a deeper understanding of the country’s history and society.

First week in South Korea has been incredibly inspiring 🇰🇷

We’ve explored innovation at Korean Beauty Hub and Innovation Centre Denmark, gained insights into the Korean biosolutions landscape at Novonesis and dived into the consulting toolbox at Bain & Company. We also stepped into history at the DMZ and the National Museum of Korea, providing valuable context on Korea’s historical development and current dynamics.

We’ve been out hiking and sightseeing, taking in the beauty and energy of South Korea 🌿⛰️
