WorkSphere is growing, and we are looking for a new Employment & Immigration Specialist to join our Employment team. If you would like to be part of a dynamic, international, and forward-thinking company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your tasks will primarily include:
🔸 Advising clients and international professionals on employment, payroll, tax, and relocation matters.
🔸 Managing the end-to-end employment lifecycle for international consultants in Denmark, including maintaining employee records throughout their employment.
🔸 Coordinating Danish work permit and immigration processes.
🔸 Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, recruitment partners, international consultants, and Danish authorities.
🔸 Preparing employment offers, salary package calculations, employment contracts, and cooperation agreements.
🔸 Coordinating the onboarding and registration of international consultants in Denmark.
🔸 Managing the monthly payroll process, including timesheet administration, maintaining employee records in the payroll system, payroll preparation, and ensuring timely salary payments.
🔸 Preparing and issuing invoices related to the Employment department.
🔸 Developing, maintaining, and improving internal processes, templates, and documentation.
🔸 Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Danish and international clients through ongoing communication and support.

You have a structured way of working and a keen eye for detail. Since our work involves employment, payroll, contracts, immigration, and compliance, accuracy is essential, and you take pride in getting the details right.
You thrive in a role where priorities can change, are comfortable managing several cases simultaneously, and enjoy working independently while being part of a close-knit team.
You are comfortable taking responsibility for your own tasks and following them through from start to finish.
Most importantly, you are curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuously improving your work.
It’s an advantage if you’re proficient in more than two languages
🏠 We offer flexible remote working opportunities – so you don’t need to be based in Copenhagen, but we are looking for someone who lives in Denmark.
