✨ Every event comes with a story.

After years of designing and delivering events across Scandinavia, we've learned one thing: no matter how carefully you plan, there's always an unexpected moment.

One of our favorites happened during a snowmobile experience in Swedish Lapland. One participant somehow managed to end up... on top of a snow-covered tree. 🌲

Fortunately, everyone was perfectly fine, and what could have been a stressful moment quickly turned into one of those stories that still brings a smile whenever we look back at that event.

Behind every successful program are countless memories like these—moments that remind us that the most memorable experiences are often the ones no one could have planned.

Because in the end, events are about much more than logistics. They're about the people, the emotions, and the stories that stay with us long after everyone has gone home.

✨ A great way to kick off a new event season

A heartfelt thank you to Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center for inviting us to their "Happy Hour, Happy Summer" event — a wonderful opportunity to reconnect after the holidays, celebrate another successful season, and look ahead to the exciting events still to come.

Bringing together partners, suppliers, and industry professionals, the evening perfectly reflected what Tivoli does best: creating experiences that bring people together.

Hosted in the Congress Hall, the event gave us the chance to experience just how versatile this venue can be. One moment it's a state-of-the-art conference space equipped with the latest technology; the next, it's transformed into a vibrant setting for themed celebrations, networking events, and unforgettable evenings.

The Tivoli-inspired games, outstanding food, and relaxed atmosphere made it a pleasure to reconnect with so many familiar faces and discover new ideas for future events.

A special thank you to for the invitation and hospitality, and to for beautifully transforming the Congress Hall and creating such an inspiring atmosphere.

12 years of Enerjy. . ⚡️

This September marks 12 years since our story began — 12 years of ideas, challenges, bold decisions, incredible people and more cups of coffee than we could ever count.

In 12 years, the Earth has travelled roughly 11 billion kilometres around the Sun. And somehow, we feel like we’ve been moving just as much. 🌍

We’ve grown, changed, learned, made mistakes, celebrated wins and met amazing people along the way. But one thing has stayed the same: the energy behind what we do.

So here’s to 12 years of Enerjy— and to everything we haven’t imagined yet.

One of Oslo’s most iconic landmarks — and one you can literally walk on. ✨

The Oslo Opera House was designed to feel like an extension of the city itself, with its sloping white roof rising directly from the waterfront and inviting people to walk all the way to the top.

It’s architecture made to be experienced, not just admired.

A beautiful example of how Scandinavian design can turn a cultural building into a public space, a meeting point and part of everyday city life.

Definitely one of those places that makes Oslo unforgettable. 🇳🇴

In Scandinavia, taking a real summer break is deeply rooted in the culture. Rest is not seen as time taken away from work, but as part of creating the space and energy to come back to it well.

And that is exactly what we did.

We took time to travel, reconnect, spend time with the people we love and simply slow down.

Now the out-of-office messages are off and the Enerjy team is back — rested, inspired and ready for a new season of projects.

Some events are simply nice to attend. Others leave you with something to take home.

We were invited to IDA Conference’s Open House, and we had such a lovely afternoon.

One of the highlights was Julia Lahme’s talk about trends and the future, sharing insights from her research into how we are moving towards a future where emotions, human connection and experiences will play an even bigger role.

And then there was the food — beautifully curated, thoughtful and delicious — along with fun team-building activities, plenty of laughter and good conversations.

Because perhaps that is what the best events are really about: not just what you hear or see, but what you feel — and who you feel it with. ❤️
