Sometimes nature forces a redesign — and that’s not a setback, it’s an invitation.

When the back wall of our pond failed, we didn’t rebuild the old system…
We adapted.

Using the broken materials, we built a new terrace for water retention.
We planted vetiver to anchor the slope and bamboo to hold the soil now — and strengthen the bank for decades to come.

This is how landscapes — and people — grow stronger:
Not by resisting change, but by responding with purpose.

No Barriers. Only Solutions.

Panthers vs Flames last night. 70,000 people in the arena. Calgary won 5-4.

But here's what struck me - every time the Flames scored? Silence. Dead silence. They took the lead, kept it, won the game. End of game? No applause. Nothing.

Every Panthers goal? Place went wild.

Looked around the entire arena - no Calgary jerseys. No Canadian colors. No visiting fans cheering for their team.

Then it hit me.

The Canadians aren't here anymore. Not at the games. Not in Florida.

The snowbirds who used to pack these arenas. The tourists who filled our restaurants and hotels. The fans who'd travel down to watch their teams play. Gone.

You could see Florida's missing tourism dollars right there in that arena. Empty seats where Canadian fans used to be. Silence where there used to be cheers.

The economic impact? Massive. Billions in tourism revenue that's just disappeared.

The Canadians have not come.

If you are looking to get shade blinds for your home, talk to . About 6 months ago we called them to quote on a job for our home. Within a few hours of our message, their salesman was at our home getting measurements. The morning of the installation, they called to let us know the crew were on their way. We were impressed. Then my carelessness resulted in my braking the lift cord, so this morning we sent a message asking if they could make a service call this week. Less than 10 min they responded that someone would be out this afternoon. At 4 pm, their service team were at our home, 5 mins to do the repair. No bill as it was under their guarantee still. NO WHERE IN THE CARIBBEAN have we seen service like this. I wish they could bottle what they have and give it to the rest of the companies in the DR. IMPRESSIVE. You cannot get a better company to deliver shades with this kind of service. Look no further.
