Spotlight on the amazing Casa De Campo, a truly unique resort.

Casa de Campo is a resort with a difference. Covering an area of 7000 acres it is made up of a hotel, private residences and villas. Board options include B&B, half board and all inclusive, the AI also includes a number of a la carte restaurants.
If you choose to stay in a villa you can also a private chef is also available.

There are a range of villa sizes and styles available, the garden villas are 3 and 4 bedrooms with some of the luxury oceanfront villas going up to 10 bedrooms. I can request specific villas from the range available if you have a preference of where you would like to be on the resort.

If you love a beach club Minitas is the place for you. A private area where you can reserve cabanas around the pool and take a stroll on the sandy beach. Minitas also has a restaurant with a full menu throughout the day including some great wines and cocktails. Or you can choose to have lunch in your cabana.

The most unique feature of Casa de Campo is the village of Altos de Chavon. This replica of a 16th century Mediterranean village has a number of a la carte restaurants, shops, cafes and a church and many guests weddings are performed here.

As Casa de Campo covers a large area the hotel also provides each suite/villa a golf buggy for the duration of your stay. Remember to take your driving licence to take advantage of this. If you prefer not to drive there are hotel cars and shuttle buses available.

From 12th October 2025, travellers from the UK and all non-EU countries visiting Schengen Area countries will use the new Entry/Exit System (EES) instead of passport stamps.

When arriving, just scan your passport and provide your photo and fingerprints at an electronic kiosk or at the border – this digital record replaces manual stamps. Kids under 12 don’t need fingerprints, but everyone gets a photo.

Be ready for longer border queues at first as staff and travellers get used to these changes. No need to register before you travel – all is done at the border, and your registration stays valid for three years or until your passport expires.
