Another resort change is coming to Cancun!

Beginning in August, Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort will officially transition to Hyatt Vivid Cancun, shifting from a family-friendly resort to an adults-only experience.

As a travel advisor, it feels like there's a new resort rebrand, renovation, or concept change every week! 😅 Keeping up with all the updates has definitely become a full time job. (Heck, I’ll be honest I can’t keep up.)

If you've stayed at Dreams Vista before, expect a different atmosphere moving forward as Hyatt continues to expand its Vivid brand, which focuses on a relaxed, adults-only vacation experience.

Something you might not know, but I shock people every time I tell them! 🫶🏼

Just because you get married doesn’t mean you need to rush out and renew your passport.

If your passport is still valid, you can continue using it as long as your airline tickets and travel reservations match the name printed on your passport.

What does that mean?

When you're ready to update your legal documents, you can apply to have your passport changed to reflect your new name. Until then, the key is making sure your travel documents all match.

This is one of those little travel details that can save you time, money, and unnecessary stress before your trip! ✈️🌎

Because he loves me, he goes along with it. 🙃

Funny story, I love hiking but I’m terrible at calculating total mileage from all the different trail heads. Here I convinced my husband to do a 7 mile round trip hike in Estes Park because there was lake I really wanted to see.

Long story short, 7 miles later we made it to the lake. It was two different trail heads to the top, not one.

It was beautiful and worth the extra 7 miles. We saw moose and all the things. Topped it off with pizza from a true Italian hole in the wall.

P.S. this isn’t the first time our hike turned out to be double what it should have been 😂

I won’t be car poor.

I won’t be house poor.

But I WILL be vacation poor.

So…I guess I better book our next trip. It’s been over a month and I’m not okay.

Here are my thoughts:

- Family Friendly
- International, duh.
- All Inclusive b/c let’s be real. I hate to cook.
- Beach, so I can be a bum.

- Carmel by the Sea

Yes they did that all in one week! They knew what they wanted to do!
