Warm, attentive, and genuinely memorable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"Four of us stayed at Las Palmas 4 from October 15 to 18, and it was one of the best group trips I’ve taken. Karen deserves special thanks. Before we arrived, she organized our IDs, guest passes, meal plan, and spa booking. She works from Europe, so this was late in the evening for her, but she stayed on until everything was in place. We truly appreciated her care and follow-through. Zamora made the stay. He greeted us every day with a warm smile, and he was friendly throughout our visit. He also coordinated with the staff on the ground, so we always had what we needed. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The meals were a highlight. Everything was delicious, and we looked forward to each one every day. Thank you as well to Stig, Helena, and Anders. Communication was prompt, payments were simple, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Palmera Villas to anyone planning a group trip to Punta Cana. We look forward to coming back."
