Swipe to see the before and after of a cement floor they installed in one of the batey communities we partner with.

It might look like a small project, but replacing a dirt floor with cement has a huge impact — improving hygiene, reducing illness, and creating a safer, more dignified home for a family.

🌄Who knew? The Dominican Republic isn’t just about warm beaches and Caribbean breezes — it’s also home to the highest peak in the Caribbean and chilly mountain towns like Constanza, where winter temps can dip near freezing!

This adventurous crew of Offbeat travelers layered up (yes, in the Caribbean 😄) and hiked to Aguas Blancas, one of the tallest waterfalls in the DR, guided by our local legend Francis. 🌬️💧

🌄 Feel Your Adventure — and oh, did we ever.

Our team joined the amazing crew at Sky Adventures for a Fam Trip we won’t forget. From lush cloud forests to adrenaline-pumping cables, it was pura magia.

Fun fact: our co-founder did his very first zip line with Sky Adventures back in 2008 — and nothing has topped it since. That experience set the bar sky-high (literally), and this trip reminded us why.

Huge thanks to Sky Adventures for sharing the magic with the whole Offbeat team. We’ve been working together for years, and it just keeps getting better.
