The Iglesia and Fuerte Santa Bárbara, a UNESCO World Heratige site in the Colonial Zone, is being painstakingly restored with some amazing discoveries.

The festival is organized by the Villa de Santo Domingo Foundation from February 15th to 22nd, which includes concerts, art and cultural events aimed at the public at various historical sites in the Colonial City. Participating artists are from internationally recognized musical institutions in the United States and Europe.
