في إطار فعاليات شهر التراث تحت شعار:
«تراثنا… حضارتنا»
شهد المتحف العمومي الوطني للفن الحديث والمعاصر بوهران اليوم " مائدة مستديرة : ألية النشاط الثقافي وحماية الموروث الثقافي وفق تطورات العصر "كلقاء تشاوري جمع مختلف الفاعلين في المجال الثقافي والسياحي، من مؤسسات، باحثين و دكاترة جامعيين ، جمعيات، إعلاميين ، ناشطين ومهتمين بالموروث الثقافي، بهدف تعزيز آليات حماية وتثمين التراث وفق تطورات العصر.
وقد تناول اللقاء عدة محاور مهمة، أبرزها:
الجرد والتوثيق، الرقمنة، الحماية القانونية، الترميم وإعادة الاعتبار، دور الإعلام وصناعة المحتوى الرقمي، السياحة الثقافية، الاقتصاد الإبداعي، وآليات الشراكة و إشراك الشباب والمجتمع المدني في حماية الذاكرة الجماعية والهوية الوطنية و ترقية الفعاليات الثقافية .
كما أكدت المداخلات على أهمية اعتماد رؤية تشاركية حديثة تجعل من التراث عنصرًا حيًا يساهم في التنمية المحلية، وتنشيط السياحة الثقافية، ودعم الصناعات التقليدية والإبداعية، مع ضرورة مواكبة التحولات الرقمية والتكنولوجية التي يشهدها العالم اليوم.
وتبقى مثل هذه اللقاءات فضاءً مهمًا للحوار وتبادل الخبرات وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون بين مختلف الفاعلين، بما يساهم في تطوير الفعل الثقافي وتعزيز مكانة التراث كقوة حضارية وتنموية.

As part of the Heritage Month activities under the slogan:
“Our Heritage… Our Civilization”
The National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Oran hosted today a round table entitled:
“Mechanisms of Cultural Activity and the Protection of Cultural Heritage in Light of Contemporary Developments”.
This consultative meeting brought together various stakeholders from the cultural and tourism sectors, including institutions, researchers, university professors, associations, media professionals, activists, and individuals interested in cultural heritage, with the aim of strengthening mechanisms for the protection and promotion of heritage in accordance with modern developments.
The meeting addressed several important topics, notably:
inventory and documentation, digitization, legal protection, restoration and rehabilitation, the role of media and digital content creation, cultural tourism, the creative economy, as well as partnership mechanisms and the involvement of youth and civil society in preserving collective memory, national identity, and promoting cultural events.
The discussions also emphasized the importance of adopting a modern participatory vision that transforms heritage into a living element contributing to local development, the promotion of cultural tourism, and the support of traditional and creative industries, while keeping pace with the digital and technological transformations shaping today’s world.
Such meetings remain an important space for dialogue, exchange of expertise, and the opening of new horizons for cooperation among various stakeholders, contributing to the development of cultural action and strengthening the role of heritage as a civilizational and developmental force.

Dans le cadre des activités du Mois du Patrimoine sous le slogan :
« Notre patrimoine… notre civilisation »
Le Musée public national d’art moderne et contemporain d’Oran a accueilli aujourd’hui une table ronde intitulée :
« Les mécanismes de l’activité culturelle et la protection du patrimoine culturel à la lumière des évolutions contemporaines ».
Cette rencontre consultative a réuni différents acteurs du domaine culturel et touristique, notamment des institutions, chercheurs, enseignants universitaires, associations, professionnels des médias, acteurs associatifs et passionnés du patrimoine culturel, dans le but de renforcer les mécanismes de protection et de valorisation du patrimoine conformément aux évolutions actuelles.
La rencontre a abordé plusieurs axes importants, notamment :
l’inventaire et la documentation, la numérisation, la protection juridique, la restauration et la réhabilitation, le rôle des médias et de la création de contenu numérique, le tourisme culturel, l’économie créative, ainsi que les mécanismes de partenariat et l’implication des jeunes et de la société civile dans la préservation de la mémoire collective, de l’identité nationale et la promotion des manifestations culturelles.
Les interventions ont également souligné l’importance d’adopter une vision participative moderne faisant du patrimoine un élément vivant contribuant au développement local, à la dynamisation du tourisme culturel et au soutien des industries traditionnelles et créatives, tout en suivant les transformations numériques et technologiques que connaît le monde actuel.
De telles rencontres demeurent un espace important de dialogue, d’échange d’expériences et d’ouverture de nouvelles perspectives de coopération entre les différents acteurs, contribuant ainsi au développement de l’action culturelle et au renforcement de la place du patrimoine comme force civilisationnelle et levier de développement.
