في إطار التعاون المستمر بين الهيئات العمومية وقطاع التعليم العالي، وتحت الرعاية الكريمة للسيدة مديرة المدرسة، البروفيسور سمعون خليصة، استضافت اليوم 30 سبتمبر 2026 المدرسة العليا للاقتصاد بوهران (ESE Oran)، وفداً وممثلين عن الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء (CNAS) - وكالة ولاية وهران تأتي هذه الزيارة التوجيهية تزامناً مع الدخول الجامعي للعام الدراسي الجديد، وضمن الحملة التحسيسية الوطنية الموجهة لفائدة الطلبة تحت شعار: "الضمان الاجتماعي يرافقكم خلال مساركم الجامعي"

As part of the ongoing cooperation between public institutions and the higher education sector, and under the esteemed patronage of the Director of the Oran Graduate School of Economics, Professor Semaoune Khalissa, the Oran Graduate School of Economics (ESE Oran) hosted today, September 30, 2026, a delegation and representatives of the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Employees (CNAS) – Oran Provincial Agency.

This awareness-raising visit coincided with the start of the new academic year and was held as part of the national awareness campaign aimed at students, under the slogan:

“Social Security accompanies you throughout your university journey.”

شاركت مديرة المدرسة العليا للاقتصاد بوهران البروفيسور سمعون خليصة بصفتها عضو مؤهل في أشغال الجمعية العامة للمجلس الوطني الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي التي أشرف عليها رئيس المجلس البروفسور السيد اليوم الثلاثاء 29/09/2026 في دورته الثالثة لسنة 2026 بالمركز الدولي للمؤتمرات عبد اللطيف رحال بالجزائر العاصمة .
وذلك بحضور مستشار السيد رئيس الجمهورية القائد الاعلى للقوات المسلحة وزير الدفاع الوطني، رؤساء المجالس الوطنية العربية والافريقية، المدير العام للمنظمة العربية للعمل واعضاء الحكومة وممثلي الهيئات الوطنية .
▪️هذا بحضور وفود رفيعة المستوى من رؤساء المجالس الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الشقيقة والصديقة من الدول العربية والافريقية، وبعض أعضاء الحكومة، وممثلي المؤسسات والهيئات الوطنية، وأعضاء المجلس CNESE



The Director of the Oran Graduate School of Economics, Professor Semaoune Khalissa, participated, in her capacity as a qualified member, in the proceedings of the General Assembly of the National Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CNESE), held today, Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Abdelatif Rahal International Conference Center in Algiers, during its third session of 2026, under the supervision of the President of the Council, Professor Mohamed BOUKHARI.

The event was attended by the Adviser to the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defence, as well as presidents of Arab and African national councils, the Director General of the Arab Labour Organization, members of the Government, and representatives of national institutions and bodies.

The General Assembly also brought together high-level delegations representing sister and friendly Economic and Social Councils from Arab and African countries, members of the Government, representatives of national institutions and bodies, and members of the CNESE.

في إطار بالجزائر العاصمة، تم اليوم 29 سبتمبر 2026 افتتاح أشغال اللقاء بكلية علوم الإعلام والاتصال، بحضور مختلف الفاعلين في مجال الحياة الطلابية والتنشيط الجامعي، حيث شاركت المدرسة العليا للاقتصاد بوهران في هذا اللقاء بحضور كل من السيدة نائبة مدير المستخدمين و التكوين و النشاطات الثقافية و الرياضية وكذا السيدة رئيسة مصلحة النشاطات الثقافية و الرياضية،
تضمن برنامج اللقاء
-الافتتاح الرسمي والاستماع إلى النشيد الوطني.
-كلمات ومداخلات حول الحياة الطلابية والخدمات الجامعية.
-عرض حصيلة أنشطة التنشيط الجامعي للسنة الجامعية 2025/2026.
-عرض وتقييم الأنشطة الرياضية ومناقشة حصيلتها.
ويشكل هذا اللقاء فضاء هاما لتقييم المنجزات، وتبادل الخبرات، ومناقشة آفاق تطوير التنشيط الجامعي والحياة الطلابية بما يعزز مشاركة الطلبة في مختلف نشاطات الرياضة والثقافية الوطنية.

National Evaluation Meeting
🇩🇿 National Evaluation Meeting – Algiers
As part of the National Evaluation Meeting held in Algiers, the proceedings officially opened today, September 29, 2026, at the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences, in the presence of various stakeholders involved in student life and university activities.

The Oran Graduate School of Economics participated in this meeting, represented by the Deputy Director for Human Resources, Training, and Cultural and Sports Activities, along with the Head of the Cultural and Sports Activities Department.

The programme included:
🇩🇿 The official opening and the national anthem.

🎓 Presentations and discussions on student life and university services.

📊 Presentation of the report on university activities and student engagement for the 2025/2026 academic year.

🏆 Presentation and evaluation of sports activities, followed by discussions on their achievements and outcomes.
This meeting represents an important platform for assessing achievements, sharing experiences, and discussing prospects for developing university activities and student life, with the aim of strengthening student participation in various cultural and sports activities at the national level.
